My name is manoj kumar and my policy no is[protected]. Recently, my address, mob no, email id and pan card no has been changed without my request. how can it be possible that all details has been changed without my consent and signature. I have been calling the Guntur Max life insurance office for more than two weeks.. No one is responding to my call.. I have sent a query message.. No one replied to me.. I have sent a mail.. It didn't delivered.. What's going on? Are you gonna do business by avoiding the calls from customer's?
