I had ordered a product "Battery for Micromax A94 Canvas MAd - MICROMAX-A94-CANVAS-MAD"(Order #134643) on 05 oct 2015, i got it on 12 oct, I inserted the battery in my phone, the phone does not turned on and also phone was not charging. However my old battery is still working in that phone. I was cheated. Called c care Maxbhi.com, they sent me a complain form, i have filled that and sent that, One interesting point which c care told me that i have to send it by courier with no refund for courier charges, i am still waiting for the address to send the product.Its a very time consuming work. Its a very poor service. This was my first purchase on maxbhi.com and i got cheated, i will never buy anything from this site. Very poor customer support. Note that If payment fails in ordering a product the c care instantly calls "Do you have any problem Sir", but after purchase you have to call many times, you will be very disappointed, so i request you never buy anything from maxbhi.com Was this information helpful? | |||||

I ordered a Xperia L full housing body.The product got shipped after 20 days in the first place.The housing didnt had the front panel missing while it was shown in the pictures and desciption.When I called the customer support, they asked me to fill up a form.They later called me up and told that its mentioned in star that actual product may change...What!!...Does this line means you will miss a complete panel and show me this line, and is it some kind of a lucky draw that after paying full money I dont know what I will get.To top it all the guy who called me kept arguing with me, wasn't willing to listen to any of my concern and said that it's my mistake.When I told them that I will approch consumer forum, he told me I can do whatever I want, he does'nt care and just disconnected the call and closed my comlaint.This is the treatment and product I have received after paying my money to this fraudulent site.I am now taking this matter in court.
