Hello

I have placed an order no 166236 for a body panel for my old mobile nokia 3710 fold through the site and at the time of placing the order the website was showing a stock of availability. But after a week of payment the company refuses to send the set and refunded the money to their wallet — that means now i am forced to buy any thing from that site for 943 rupees. They are not refunding it my account. I want my money back.

If you try to buy something from their site and you are not buying it at the first time they will send you a code for 10 % discount and lure you to buy the product.

I want my money back or else i am moving to the police cyber cell kerala and consumer court and will make sure no body gets cheated like this, even if that means i have to spend money from my pocket to do this.

Got my money back from the website after following the instructions. Full amount refunded to My SBI account. Company seems genuine. Dr. Ajay Krishnan

Updated by akof2k I have asked for a refund and there was an option in the site to refund the amount to my bank account. Got a confirmation mail from the site and waiting for it to happen. Company says 7-10 days -- will update after getting the money.

Got a mail from the website that the refund has been initiated .

Will let everyone know if the money is refunded or not.
