[Resolved] Maxbhi.com — Sending wrong product and also improper claim policies | |||||
I ordered Samsung i9195 tempered glass in maxbhi.com for Rs.147, they sent me wrong product..and also they changed the price to Rs.220.http://www.maxbhi.com/tempered-glass-screen-protector-guard-for-samsung-galaxy-s4-mini-gt-i9195.html .if I return the product courier charge is Rs.150, I can't able to claim(because maxbhi customer care told me)..on their policy, if product is not available, they give me ipoint, possible to purchase the product on their site only... .on the bill, they written as i9195 tempered glass, but on product cover, they written s3 mini. They selling product with one price and delivery wrong product, i need to return it, they will give me reward point, i will loss Rs.150 for courier...i think it is business trick. how they send like this?how I can return the product?.how I can trust this website?, these are cheating.., I need original tempered glass or refund amount within 2 days.
