Ordered LCD Display with Touchscreen for Samsung Galaxy M30 Mobile but received different mobile's screen. They refused to replace. They didn't try to analyse the issue at their logistics end but just stating that it is not their product. They didn't even check the other product properly....

On 9th May 2023 i place Order with Order ID[protected] battery for Samsung J600 it was showing in Stock and Delivery Date as 11th May 2023 with 90 percent fulfilment ratio, all of a sudden yesterday evening it shows as cancelled and stated money would be refunded to source account, if money has been refunded. then there is Transaction Bank Reference Number of refund which they have not shared, i would never suggest any one to buy from this site, it is fake and fooling customers

I ordered a Display on maxbhi item on 13 April 2023 for my Realme 7 Pro. The Order number is 5794445. but when i received on 16 April and looked on it then it was not a amoled display as my phoned is amoled display phone. Now i want to give the item to the company but they are not accepting the request to take it back. I want to return it and get the Refund. please help me. and resolve the issue as soon as possible....

After checking and using the products. The products worked fine. But suddenly after 2 days, the display from maxbhi started displaying black lines on half screen which was obviously a defect in product. After that I raised a request for replacement on 18th/April/2023 and my warranty expires on 20th/April/2023. So, I requested for replacement 2 days before warranty expires.

After raising the replacement request I got a message from maxbhi customer support that -

“We would not be able to replace the seal / sticker removed and installed product as it is not in the same condition as we send it to you. As clearly mentioned in our warranty terms and conditions, in case of any in validation of warranty we will not be able to process the replacement or repairs.”

They are not providing me replacement just because I have removed sticker. There are so many things written on sticker. How can a customer check the display without removing the. As per maxbhi customer care. A customer should keep the sticker attached to display to claim warranty. If I would have kept the sticker attached for 10 days and after removing it on 11th day and I identify any spot or display damage below letters of that sticker on screen. In this condition my warranty period is already over so what should a person do. In my condition the display was working fine so naturally anybody will remove sticker from the display to check its quality. And the lines on the display showed up after 2 days. They have designed their Terms and Conditions so smartly that they would never be liable to give replacement. It’s just a question how can a customer know the exact product quality without removing the sticker.

Dear Sir, I have placed an order on Maxbhi.com on 6th April, 2023, 2:15 pm for the Mobile spare parts (.i.e. LCD Touch screen). And Before i made payment i called the customer service of Maxbhi.com and i was promised that the order would be shipped within 24 hours to 48 hours but it was dispatched only on 12th April 2023. Every time i made complaints regarding late dispatch they would tell me it is "under quality checking" . Is is very clear that they play trick's on me from the beginning . And now i receive my order on 17th April and i take it to Technician on 18th April and i found out that the spare parts (.i.e. LCD Touch screen) is not working. So i asked for refund they said not possible. To be honest, the quality of the touchscreen is very bad especially it doesn't worth Rs. 5149 . And even before they dispatched as they did not dispatched the order on the promised date i asked them for refund and they refused to refund it. So, now, as i have received the Damaged ( i mean not working spare part) i called the Maxbhi customer support and asked for refund but they refused again. Many times i begged them to make refund as the Product item ( Spare Part ) is not only working but also very bad in quality and they refused my request for refund and they forced me to fill up the Replacement Request Form from their website ; so against my will i have to fill up the replacement request form as the validity date for replacement is till 27th April only . Therefore i have to say that Maxbhi is Fraud company who sell Counterfeit Products and refuse refunding the amount to customer who are suffering on their traps . So, now, i am seeking your kind immediate help to make refund back the amount to my bank account by Maxbhi as soon as possible. Yours Sincerely, Jonathan, Aizawl, Mizoram

I have order display panel with order number 5743302 and i have received order on 3.4.2023 and fixed the panel on phone 4th april after fix the display blinks use the phone after two three hours . display blinks while am using phone continuously . and i was put replacement today but replacement decline due to display fix on phone and remove the sticker, what a useless decline . may be maxbhi.com just for a cheat to customer . if i fix the display after that we check and problem also shown after using phone 2 to 3 hours

Ordered back camera for my mobile Redmi Note 11T 5G and got wrong camer by spending an amount of RS 900 order I'd 5722232.
Team is non cooperative in completing the replacement or refund.

I ordered battery for my Realme Narzo 30 Pro 5G mobile but received wrong one. Later i raised replacement request and they asked me to resend the product back to them. Later after sending the product back, they are complaining that there is no product in the box and rejecting the replacement. I want right product or refund from this company. I myself packed the product and sent it to them and now they are claiming there is no product. Product...

The product which they tested and send doesnt work i wasted time and money now they simple decline the product which doesnt work either i need replacement or refund

I had 2 orders from maxbhi 5555615 and 5555629. While order 5555629 had product that i had ordered for, but 5555615 had only the protection layer and no LCD screen which i had ordered. Could you please let me know what just happened here that an empty box was sent across to the customer?

A customer care executive contacted me and asked me for box unpacking video and i requested the same from their side ie *(Box Packing video) which they said their policy does not allow that. I had the same response that my personal videos cannot be shared.

they had told me they will try their best to fix the issue in 7-10 day but cannot guarantee anything. I'm wondering if a company can claim proof from side for my complaint am i not obliged to ask the same proof from the company to actually prove that they really packed ?

This is such an insult and an ill treatment from the company side.

I placed an order on 3rd Feb 2023 with order no 5547044. As per website image the volume and power buttons shown in the image but I didn't received the buttons.

I raised a complaint as without buttons they back panel is useless. Now Maxbhi is denying that their website description doesn't mention about buttons but their website doesn't mention that buttons won't come with back panel.

I shared product images which I received and also their website product image which shows buttons.

I paid Rs 414. Now I am requesting for a replacement and Maxbhi is denying. I request this forum for the help.

I ordered vivo nex display whose order id is 5556928. I received the shipment on time but when I opened the package, to my utter shock, there was no product inside. Just two pieces of theromocol sheets stacked together and bound with a rubber band. When I contacted their customer support, they outright refused to refund or ship the product again saying they are not responsible to item loss in transit.
Since the package doesn't look tampered at all, i am quite certain that they didn't ship the actual product and instead of admitting their fault, they are just refusing.
This is really a fraud company. I have ordered other mobile display in the past and that order went through, without hassle. So, it is kind of hit and miss. From my understanding, if they have stock of the product, they might ship the product or they might choose to do fraud and ship empty box.

I have ordered screen for my oneplus nord for 5000rs and they delivered me a defective product. It's not a rare scenario previously they delived me 4-5 defective and each time i have to post the product from my side on my charge. Here a detailed message for maxbhi and their associate. ( Read and see how this e-commerce take advantage of loop holes)-

It's not coincident that all the defective products are delivered to me (the rarest one according to you). Here is what I observe in your terms and conditions- Maxbhi avoids every responsibility, business ethics, and self-contradictory ex,
1. As per point three it is mentioned that we're not responsible for any shipping defect. Here the catch the shipping company did not accept any opened box returns. Again maxbhi keep his hand free of responsibility
2. T&C didn't mention any rare scenarios, in which I became a victim as rarest the rarest happens to me and it's not questionable whether the company intentionally did this fraudulent activity in the name of T&C.

I recommend you upload a video in brief of the T&C as you uploaded the videos of each product to increase your sales. It will be a relief for you also( no need for useless customer services) because I don't think any sound-minded person wants to deal with an irresponsive and fraudulent company

But yeah I realize how a business entity can exfoliate a student or a common man.
May time realize and bless maxbhi and its associates according to their work and action.

I ordered a battery from maxbhi.com when I tested with my phone it didn't worked and restarting again and again. I immediately plced replacement request. They rejected my replacement request by saying that product is used. Order no. Is 5488205. They are scamming people hard earned money

I ordered a vivo y1s screen replacement from them. Got delivered fast and all. But when tested touch was not working then later found out the lcd connector pins were damaged (4 pins missing - on the delivered product). They said they wont replace or refund by showing a pre-shipping photo that's hiding the details. Scam website stay away

Mana screen order kya tha lekin wo 5 minutes ka bad screen black ho gaye haa or mana replace ka request dala website pa lekin un sa reject kar di mera request bol raha hain ka aap sa sticker remove ka ha es liya aap ki warranty khatam ho gaye ha jab ka order karta time mujha koi be asi instruction nahi di website pa es liya please mujha mera balance refund chahiya

Not option to replace and refund, warranty only sticker if you remove sticker and no warranty of product . very non sense warranty
