I ordered a micromax a44 touch screen and payment by paytm. Today i received from courier. And opened it, but its surprised me, a scratches touch screen. I was waiting 6 days for that product. The maxbhi.com sent me damage, scratches touch screen. I want to return it and refund my money.

Updated by Shibbabu After submitted complaint against maxbhi.com, someone call me from [protected] number, and ask me how they refund money. And ask me to tell my bank atm card number, I said it's not possible and he can't ask me atm card number. He cut the phone. Few minutes after another person call me from another no. and cut off.
I have seen a mail today from maxbhi.com, the company said they have no return policy and no replacemen, so they can cheat anyone by sending damaged, used, defective products. I want to refund my money. maxbhi.com sent me scratches, defective touch screen. I want to refund money otherwise I take hard step.
