One of the worst customer support. Nobody picks up the call. Have to wait for long time, i mean very long time to speak to an support person. I had given courier tracking id [protected], which is fake and does not work or there is no delivery initiated. I have taken all the screenshots of what they promised and other things. I had paid online the very first day i ordered moto g5 plus touch with digitizer of rs. 1, 319 /-. I ordered on 15th june 2020, delivery as per your promise is on 18th june 2020. I want refund to my bank account or want my genuine ordered moto g5 plus touch with digitizer display delivered on or before 21st june 2020. Or. Was this information helpful? | |||

Don't know wether the tracking Id is fake or real

Bluedart Sr means Shiprocket is the main vendor/tracker, which is handling the shipment through bluedart.
So please search your AWB tracking number in https://shiprocket.co/
