[Resolved] Maxbhi / Elcotek Telecom — Fraud transaction | |||||
Hi team, I am varun sharma. I was looking for a battery for micromax x800 model which I was not able to find @ any website. So I decided to Google it & I had " maxbhi " as I response..I ordered this battery.i got e mail confirmation. However 2 days later I got an email saying that transaction been cancelled as seller has some problems. So the money has been moved to your maxbhi wallet. I did not find any link to transfer wallet money to my Bank account @ their website. I contacted their contact center & was told that someone will give a call in next 24 to 48 hrs and u will get your money back in your Bank account in a week time. I am finding all this SCAM.., also I read bad customer reviews who had same concern. Please help. Was this information helpful? | |||||
Jul 8, 2018 Complaint marked as Resolved I contacted them again and they credited money back to my bank account..but credit goes to u guyz otherwise it wasn't possible. Maxbhi / Elcotek Telecom customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. As i can check your Order #501088 with maxbhi.com. For refund of your amount, we have a very simple process enabling you to do so in few clicks on 1 call or 1 support chat. Means either you can login to your account and request for refund to bank, or you can call us and request refund to bank, or you can easily use our chat support and request to refund to bank. Also you can write an email to [protected]@maxbhi.com and ask for your refund. You could have easily done that rather than choosing the longer route. still as we receive a confirmation for refund to bank i am initiating your complete refund from our-end it will be credited back to your account as per bank procedure and let us know if there is anything else we can help you with. Also i would request you to please mark the issue resolved at https://www.consumercomplaints.in so that other users can get to know the actual process regarding the same.
