[Resolved]  Maxbhi / Elcotek Telecom — goods not received / payment not refunded.

Placed order for two pieces sony experia mobile back covers. Order no. 532917 placed on 05. Jul.2017 paid rs.964.02 via netbanking. I received the order confirmation email on the same day.

After about 2 weeks, since i did not receive any shipping information, i logged into their website to discover they had cancelled my order and placed the amount into my ewallet. I sent them an email asking them why they cancelled my order and to refund my money. No response received (But i did receive an automated confirmation of receipt of my email)

I sent another email on 24. Jul.2017 as a reminder to refund my money. Again no response.

I tied to purchase something else so i could use the money in my ewallet... But it seems that ewallet is only a scam... Cannot be used to buy anything.

After that i read many online complaints customers who have been cheated just like me.

Please help.

As i can check your Order #532917 with maxbhi.com. And as per your complains please allow me to answer them. First you complained that we canceled all your orders. Sir, please let me inform you that we are an eCommerce company based on supplies from our vendors. In our business model, we try to arrange those products to customers which are very hard to find and usually not available on the internet. We depend on stocks from our vendors for these products. The vendors which really do not know anything about maintaining inventory and are the real retailers supporting the masses of our mobile phone repair industry. As and when you order, we try with all our vendors and try to source the product. Sometimes, we even spend hours of phone calls and visits to our vendors warehouse to try to find your product. Means with your every order we spend money trying to source it. And at the end i[censored]n-luckily in few cases when we end up with no product, then we have no other option rather to refund you in full amount. Now you can imagine if you ordered same product for 5 times and we tried to look for that product and still end up without it, then who is the one with the real loss. About your 2 complain that you cannot use your amount from wallet, So you can easily use your amount from wallet in future purchases with your login in maxbhi.com. And about your 3 complain is for refund then you can login to your account and request for refund to bank, rather than choosing the longer route. still as we receive a confirmation for refund to bank i am initiating your complete refund from our-end shortly it will be credited back to your account as per bank procedure and let us know if there is anything else we can help you with. Also i would request you to please mark the issue resolved at https://www.consumercomplaints.in so that other users can get to know the actual process regarding the same.

I have placed an order before one month after that the order cancelled from you and the same amount go to your wallet however that amount after that placed 4-5 time ordering products all canceling i need my amount to my paytm wallet or my bank account

My order no 565535 i have ordered touch and display of infinix zero 3 online payment ..but they are not giving money back or not replying on calls or mailes
Plz..plz..help me to get my money back...they are not giving my money back
..and they have logged out to me from their website...please help me...to get my money back
