Dear sir,
I p. jebagnana daniel abraham have order a lg gm 200 mobile panel black. but your customer care staff as call to me tha panel color is black with orange color only is available. then i will that color is not intrested already am i mentione the black color panel only. customer care staff reply the ok i will sent it black color.. but my order (#375422) is now cancelled. cancelled news not call to me. maxbhi refund to e - wallet. i want refund my money in my bank account a/c no [protected] city union bank tirunelveli district ifsc code: ciub0000230. my order no is #375422 & amount is rs 455

Sir, you had placed the order on 09/11/2016 and we had procured the product on 10/11/2016, And as i can check the conversation with maxbhi.com you had got a call for color confirmation and you were not agreed color with the color available, If you don't need it you can request for refund, we have a very simple process enabling you to do so in few clicks on 1 call or 1 support cheat. Means either you can login to your account and request for refund to bank, or you can call us and request refund to bank, or you can easily use our chat support and request to refund to bank. Also you can write an email to [protected]@maxbhi.com and ask for your refund. You could have easily done that rather than choosing the longer route. if there is anything else we can help you with. Also i would request you to please mark the issue resolved.

The touchscreen which you are giving is of different color so kindly cancel it..
Dear Customers,

Maxbhi is not having any return policy for it's customers, as per discussion with the company's representative on "5-Dec-2016". So, you can't return your item if you later on found:

1. there is some another issue with your handset, OR
2. you are no longer interested in this product, OR
3. you have got a better product instead.

So, please be aware before making any purchase. My personal suggestion is to first go for Amazon or other BIG websites, second, try to get your product / handset fixed by good mobile stores / shopkeepers, ..., and lastly go for purchasing the items from less established companies like Maxbhi.
