[Resolved] Maxbhi / Elcotek Telecom — money refund to bank account | |||||
I had ordered a screen combo of Lenovo and paid an hefty amount of 2000+ rupees via Visa debit card . After some days they said that the order has been cancelled and the Money is been refunded to the bank account . It's been nearly more than 21 days since the cancellation and I have not yet received the amount promised by the bank account . Pls do the needful as soon as possible as the amount is not small . My order ID is 1293730. Called customer service and they don't seem to be helpful as they say that the money has been refunded but the bank doesn't shows it . It's irony that I should trust maxbhi instead of Canara bank . Was this information helpful? | |||||

For refund of your amount, we have a very simple process enabling you to do so in few clicks on 1 call or 1 support chat. Means either you can login to your account and request for refund to bank, or you can call us and request refund to bank, or you can easily use our chat support and request to refund to bank. Also you can write an email to [protected]@maxbhi.com and ask for your refund. You could have easily done that rather than choosing the longer route. As its already completely refunded from our-end by you only and the Refund Bank Ref. # - 945433, kindly check this with your bank and please do let us know if there is anything else we can help you with. Also i would request you to please mark the issue resolved at https://www.consumercomplaints.in so that other users can get to know the actual process regarding the same.
