[Resolved] Maxbhi / Elcotek Telecom — order cancelled by maxbhi and not refund my money

Dear sir as per above subject I ordered moto m side volume key but after 1 days order cancelled by Maxbhi and not refund my money back. My order no #1413791 and amount 309 Rs
Maxbhi cancelled my order automatically and maxbhi says Amount refunded to same account which was used to make payments for the order but not received my refund amount
I call customer care
Maxbhi customer care say order no #1413791 refund initiated but amount not received in my account.
