Aug 21, 2016 Complaint marked as Resolved Verified Support Jul 21, 2016 Maxbhi / Elcotek Telecom Customer Care's response Dear Mr. Ramnivas...first of sorry for the inconvenience caused regarding your order with maxbhi.com but sir i closely look at your order & conversation with maxbhi representative and As per your request on 20-july-16 we have initiated the refund on 21-july-16 of amount from Maxbhi eWallet to your bank via the CCAvenue payment gateway which was used for making the payments. The payments will be reversed and credited back to your account in 7-10 working days of time, depending on your bank. This time is taken by the payment gateway processor and your bank. All process of refund has been completed from our end...
Also would request you to kindly mark the issue as resolved so that other user can also get to know the actual policies regarding the same
