[Resolved] Maxbhi / Elcotek Telecom — Refund of my order cancelled money back to my bank account | |||||
I had purchased some items from this site but the order got cancelled due to inavailability of the item in stock. but i again ordered the same item when the item was "in stock" with availability ratio of 70% with higher price than the previous item, the same thing repeated again and the money was back to my e-wallet again. i did e-mail the maxbhi website about my refund request but there is no reply from them. my email id is [protected]@gmail.com and it is the same id used in maxbhi account. i am really sorry for the inconvenience caused to you about your order with Maxbhi.com. i have closely checked your conversations with Maxbhi representatives received your e-mail too on 31-5-16 & we replied you next day 1-6-16 for your order number which we were unable to track as you didn't mentioned any order number in your email & we track our customer with order number its tuff to track any customer without order number...Well, as we came to know that you want refund for your order, we have initiated your full refund will be credited back to your acquring bank account shortly as per CCavenue & your bank procedure, Please let us know if we can be any further help to you regarding the same. also request you to mark the issue as resolved so that other user can also know the terms & policies regarding the same
