Dear sir I have ordered online touch screen digitizer for my old XOLO Q1000 OPUS from maxbhi.com i have placed order on 01/02/2017 order no 424961 And product is delivered to me on 07/02/2017 but when i opened the box i found it physically damaged. on the same date i have intimated to maxbhi for the damage they asked me for the image i have sent that too but at last their reaction was "we would not be able to replace the product as it is not in the same condition as it was when it was sent to you. Warranty does not cover any physical damages. As clearly mentioned in our warranty terms and conditions, in case of any in validation of warranty we will not be able to process the replacement or repairs." Money is not the major reason buy the service if i have purchesed any new product from maxbhi.com so it will not give me any warreny cover if it is damaged during transportation kindly help me to keep me out from the situation.
