[Resolved]  Maxbhi — Refund not made to account from e-wallet

The order for"touch screen digitizer for optimasmart ops-50qx - black" got cancelled on it's own and the money was transferred to my e-wallet on maxbhi. They normally transfer it back to the bank account but they didn't. I want it transferred to another account too (Not the one from which the payment was made first hand.)
I talked to the customer care and they said "a complaint has been submitted and we'll contact you soon" but no result so far.!
My registered email-id is [protected]@gmail.com and the refund was for order number #286876.
But remember that i want the money refund in another account not to the account from which it was paid initially from.

I want this issue resolved as soon as possible.

they have started the refund process which earlier wasn't done .. I received mails from them regarding the same.. I am just waiting for the refund to actually happen..

Dear Mr. Ankit..Thankyou for your response and providing us the order number, as per your request we have now initiated the refund of amount from Maxbhi eWallet to your bank via the CCAvenue payment gateway which was used for making the payments. The payments will be reversed and credited back to your account in 7-10 working days of time, depending on your bank. This time is taken by the payment gateway processor and your bank. All process of refund has been completed from our end. & transferring amount to any other account is not possible so the amount will be credited back at the acquiring bank account only
