[Resolved]  Maxlifeinsurance — amount deduction without giving intimation

Sir i have taken a maxlife insurance in ulip plan on 13 0ct 2017 and the premimum is 50000 per anum and the policy no is[protected]. Sir i got a call from maxlife regarding payment and i also confirmed from maxlife customer support regarding delay in payment. Then it was told me that your plan is market based plan so total you will get 90 days grace period to pay your premimum. Sir my payment was in ecs mode from my saving acount yes bank but i am not able to pay through ecs so i give request to maxlife on 21 nov to close ecs and its in pending mode i got a msg and call that it will processes with in 11 days and 01 dec without giving me msg and intimation 50000 amount hasd been deducted from my yes bank acount while the money i have deposited in yes bank was immediate nature of requirement since 01 dec a lot of complain i have given to maxlie through call on[protected] and through mail service. [protected]@maxlifeinsurance.com. Also mail to nodal officer nodal. [protected]@maxlifeinsurance.com but there are no any solution till date and i urgently need of money sir my ecs due date was 16 oct and that hads been bounce and i paid chargrs for that from my saving acount. And once it bounce again and again it should not be there so please take action acording that thank you kush kumar [protected] [protected]

its enough . i am waiting since 01 dec regarding this and all the time your reprentative making an excuse and telling that we will come with resolution . but till date no any solution has been made please tell me one date it will be solved or not if not then why and if yes then how much time would you take
