Maya enterprises — not gettng mecell phone

i have ordered a cell phone on 05/11/2014 from homeshop18.com and after sometime there was an problem in my phone and i have it to your service centre on 06/02/2015 which is:-

i have gone there to pick up my phone but they are not giving it and infact increasing dates and dates. i have sent them mails, warnings etc. but they are not giving it. i am having the ph. no. of the adhikari of that branch i.e. [protected] .he has talked to me about phone but after sometime he stopped recieving calls. he had not done anything except increasing dates for giving my phone back, and now i want my new mobile phone. if now also they are not going to give my phone then I have to take the support of court or police and there mine link is excellent.
