Hello Sir/Mam,
I am Neha Singh. I am a regular customer of Amazon and Maybelline. I had purchased a Maybelline color sensational pink alert lipstick, shade-POW 4-3.9g few months ago, sorry to say but it is a worst I had ever used .When I applied the lipstick on my lips first it makes my lips dry and after an hour small pimples appears on my lips . Actually I purchase this lipstick in month of October for my marriage but due to some personal problems I was unable to use it for long time and before a week when I finally used it I was too disappointed due to the worst quality of product.
In view of above now it’s totally up to you whether you refund my money or exchange my product .Hoping for positive response from your end at the earliest. All the necessary details are mention below for your needful help.
