I placed an order for 1 Mc Aloo Tikka and 1 Mexican burger Meal via drive thru. I took the order and left. While on the way I took a bite from the burger and realised it was a Mc Chicken burger. I went back to the store and talked to the employee and store manager, they accepted their mistake and apologised. But I am Jain and pure veg, this mistake is not acceptable to me.

Kindly, help me with the same.

I ordered fries with peri peri spice mix, but i only recieved fries and not the spice mix, i was craving it for weeks and i had to get it delivered because i had no mode of transportation. i got the shake shake bag, but didn’t receive the mix. this has happened maybe thrice but this was my cheat meal and i was really disappointed with not receiving of what i ordered, i didn’t even receive refund, this is not fair and if you do something about it, that would be much appreciated. I have visited mcdonald in chennai and ordered food for dinning.. Also made payment through UPI and amount is debited from my account but the mcdonald employee said amount is not credited so please make payment again through cash, I believed and paid it. They said the amount will be credited to your account within a week. It's been 2months but i didn't receive any amount till now. Is this is the way you people value customer. I need my money refund. I can't keep on looking at you people for my own money

I was eating mcpuff and something unchewable came into my mouth as i took it out of my mouth, I found it was plastic wrapper pieces.I swallowed some of the pieces by mistake.Please look into the matter, its serious as I would have suffered a lot due to the negligence of the most reputed brand/ company "MCDONALDS".I didn't expected such type of service from mcdonalds.I'm highly dissapointed.

I'm from Navi Mumbai, this incident happened in koparkhirane McDonald's Store on[protected], payment was made but the server show the order failed, so I try to talk one working person in store they told I will get back my money after 14 days but sign of any I got from McDonald's today is[protected], and still I didn't get back may money

Ordered in forum Mall Mysore the order came in even before the order ticket got printed after opening it was old dry prepared hours or day ago when complained they were very willing to show me their kitchen but refused to replace the burger I did not pay to see their kitchen and eat stale burger observe the photo dried cheese and dried bun

I ordered for large french fries and got small french fries, when I asked them they said it has come like that so we are giving that. Even I waited for the store manager he didn't show up. My money is wasted on large french fries

Recently Iordered from McD, Z Square, Kanpur, from two zomato id's in a while one is [protected] other one is [protected].
Same thing happened in both the orders. One part of order was shake shake peri peri fries medium. But the fries were missing both the times. Once it's considered as a mistake but today happened the same. Please please take this into consideration. This is not what I accept from a brand like you.
The shake bag was present, seasoning was there but fries were missing. If that dish means only a bag and seasoning then it’s different. Kindly take this in consideration.

I order Mac spicy chiken burger and mac spicy paneer burger with ice tea and cold cofee with fries
And worst part is that all order was so bad in taste even when i told to yr service man than he replied very route and misbehave with me
I didnt get any satisfaction in your burger
I just wamt complain aginst that store and that service manager
The store was in Wave mall ludhiana Ferozepur road punjab.
I just want that u get me update regarding this as soon as possible

Paid twice for order. Previous at 8:59am on 6/2/22 on gpay and then again at 9:07am. Gpay payment was apparently not received by the restaurant so I had to pay by card. Screenshots submitted in attachments. Made payment of Rs543/- twice. Please resolve it soon, it has been more than 10 days now, restaurant is not responsive at all

Dear sir/ madam,

this is regarding the meal we had at 9 45 pm at bandra outlet on saturday 29th jan 2022, we took mc veggie meal and chicken meal along with chocolate milkshake and chicken nuggets, the very next day my son fell ill cause of food poisoning and as it was a sunday we consulted doctor and he prescribed medicines over the phone.

this is absolutely unacceptable and we demand a refund of the full meal, i dont have the bill, you can pull it up from my mobile number [protected]. we are regular at mc donalds and never have faced such an issue, expecting someone to call me back immediately

Yesterday we went to crown interiors mall Faridabad MacDonald and when we want to go inside the Night Manager timing is near about 8;30 Pm he stop us and saying you need to wait as we are 3 members we wait from last 25 Minutes.and there is no protocol for the social distancing everyone is sitting together without any one seat gap but the stupid manager told us due to social distancing 3 person cant sit together but we have the pictures were...

On wednesday evening we had to catch a train (22692 Sbc Rajdhani) at 19:50 from Nizamuddin station Delhi, so we went to Shop No 2, Ground Floor, Eros Cinema Building, 3, Hakikat Rai Marg, Jungpura Extension, New Delhi, quickly to grab some burgers and chicken Nuggets.
we ordered4 burgers and 9 chicken nuggets Order # 11778645, after this we didnot had any meal or food for the day, to our suprise this turned out into nightmare, my husband and my two kids
(Daugther- 4 years and Son- 10 years) were suffering from severe vomitings and Diarrhea through out the journey (24 hours train) as we were so worried we need to call Emergency in the train, and Train Doctor gave medicines with high dose but that also didnot made them calm and even after coming back to Hyderabad they are still vomitings and suffering from Diarrhea.
After we are back to Hyderabad ie thur 5pm, we visited pidiatrition for our younger kid.
Additionally, even after asking whether its Halal or not, they kept quit, and later after asking multiple times after eating they are saying its machine cut and not aware whether its Halal or not.

I always preferred McDonald's here in HYD as i thought McDonald's would give best food and service.
This was my worst experience of my life, the whole Journey turned out with bitter experience.
I would surely not recommend this brand McDonald's and also communicate to my near and dears to be very aware and careful.

I would need compensation which will never replace my kids and whole family health anyway.

I only got 1 muffin on my order .

I had placed an order today at 7.57 pm on 04/02/2022. Received the below SMS:

Transaction No. [protected] for Rs 544.00 done for www.mcdelivery.co.in has succeeded from payu team

Had a word with the McDonald's team but they said there is no such order reflecting in the system.

I want to know when will i get my refund back as there is no clarity on my issue from mc Donald's team and neither anybody answers any calls on this nos [protected].

Please revert back.

I had ordered mc burger & mc puff along with piri piri. While ordering I had mention instructions very clearly about the product but after that also they are so careless that during pandemic situation also they had sent me the food without seal on top of that 1 item was missing in that & the delivery guy from Swiggy who had got that parcel was not wearing mask & no uniform.

I ordered chicken nuggets and fries it should take 15 mins max and they gave it to me like 25 min late and when i asked where is my order they said stand outside dont come again and again in a rude way but that was the first time i was there after ordering
