I have ordered some food items From McDonald's
But they have charged me Rs 33 for packaging inspite on that packaging there is McDonald's brand logo on it
As per my concern it is unfair trade practice
Why should I pay for McDonald's advertising?

A few minutes back today on 26th September I had ordered a veg meal through Zomato. My Order No is [protected] for Mc Aloo Tikki + Veg Pizza McPuff + Fries but then ordered delivered was Fried Chicken. I had called you Sahakara Nagar, Bangalore outlet and the duty Manages asked me to place another order so that She can deliver both the order to me.

I came here for ordering food on dt:[protected] time around 7:30pm, i requested please talk kannad, but that order taking girl said no only english and i said this is karnatak give respect, then she said so what.

I am writing to express my extreme disappointment and frustration regarding the abhorrent experience my family and I recently endured at your rt Nagar branch in Bangalore. Our visit on 6th September was marred by the appalling behavior of one of your employees, Mr. Afroz, which left us deeply disturbed and disheartened.
On the aforementioned date, my family and I decided to visit McDonald's for a meal. In total, we placed 11 orders....

This is to inform you i. Ordered paneer wrap from mcdonalds shastri nagar meerut outlet
The quality is unacceptable and the wrap was smelling very bad and it was very stale the vegetables were very soft like its kept for few days
This is not done
I want my money back and this is the last i order from here after this experience

MC D haware centurion Mall Navi Mumbai maharashtra the staff and manager don't have manners to speak with customers and delivery riders they are very unpolitely speaking staff and the manager is very pathetic rude and indiscipline the way she was arguing with customer and delivery riders in case she is the owner of the outlet and the way she was abusing and telling, ( Mai manager hu Jo karna hai kar mera kuch nahi bigad sakta koi )very dissappointed by seeing this kind of attitude from MC D staff Navi Mumbai

On 12th aug, 2023, i had placed online order from McDonald’s sector 35c chandigarh via a Swiggy. I found a tiny human hair and a pièce of plastic in one of the food item called Md Choc Brownie .

Already i have taken 1-2 bite of the food but suddenly when i found hair which was stuck in the brownie, my mood got spoiled and was shocked that McDonald’s can provide such food, its unbelievable...

Hey sir, i am kiran from Hyderabad, i have been visited to Ground floor McDonald's ice cream store on[protected], i have paid my transaction with my debit card, the transaction has been approve by the machine, but the bill not generated but their software machine, the store man asked me to pay the payment second time with the different order number, paid the transaction twice but got the single bill, i need the my refund back because when i have asked the store man he simply said that you will get a refund, after that he not even responded polite to me, i have not expected this from McDonald's, sorry to say this..
I asked them is there any software issue kindly resolve this and they not even responded for my questions. i have both the bill and transaction numbers.

I have ordered through app on Sunday evening. Please refer to the attached snap for the list of orders. Two fries is missing out of the order and they didnot provide me any resolution so far. Their contact number is deliberately switched off when I try to ask for the details

I had ordered for "2 Jain Mc Cheese Veg Burger" through the Mc Delivery app. arpund 12.18 am on 28/8/2023.

They sent me "2 Non-Jain Burgers - with Onion
rings" after almost 1 hour of ordering. I called back again at the Sion Avishkar store (Mumbai) - informing them the same. They told me to send a picture of the Bill and they would be sending me new Jain Burgers.
Finally after 2 hours of placing the original order, when I called the store again (around 2.19 am) - they told that the order could not be delivered because of some issue with the Rider/delivery boy. So, I asked them for refund and even spoke with the Night Shift Senior/Manager - "Sultan" who told that he could not process the refund. This has been a very very bad experience. And finally, I had to sleep without eating anything. I have all the call log and picture details for proof as well.
I request you to process my refund as quickly as possible.

I am writing to raise complaint against the MacDonald from Wagholi, Pune, India. The quality of the fries is not good at all. They might be using cheap local products which doesn't taste good at all. Taste is horrible.

Please kindly look into this issue as soon as possible.

I have made the payment twice in McD outlet in AMB( Sarath City) mall Hyderbard on 8th July'23 of amount Rs.348. I have been told to make the payment twice as the scanner was timed out. And they told me that amount would be refunded but I haven't received the amount yet, its been 16days for today.

While ordering it was mentioned max delivery time is 40 mins. It's been almost 2 hours since I am waiting for my delivery, and the app still shows 20 mins after 2 hours. I am writing this at 10:40 PM. There is no option to cancel and the number provided is switched off. RIdiculous.

I request a complete refund.

I went into the kharadi pune outlet with heavy appetite.
Unfortunately i couldnt get the dish as it wasnt available .

I had purchased meal at McDonald's Delhi Sarojini Nagar DLF outlet on 20.6.23.
I made the payment of an amount of Rs 577.50/-through Paytm. Due to network issue the payment took a longer time, meanwhile the screen time at the billing counter was timeout. Although the payment was deducted from my Paytm account which I also showed at the billing counter.
The manager asked me to make another payment in order to get my order. I made the payment through my credit card.
The manager assured me that I will get the reversal of my double payment in few days.
I also forwarded the details o[censored]PI payment on the McDonald's Delhi Sarojini Nagar DLF watsapp no.
Till date I have not received the reversal of my double payment.

Please do the needful.

Currently I am sitting on the table and doing complaint about insect on the table and A.C. problem. Two insects are roaming on the table since last 15 minutes, and I requested two time with worker to start A.C., but it not start yet...it was such disrespectful moment for us..

I will take strict action against this moment, and will reach at court

Ordered a takeaway on 16 june ..money was deducted but counter said session expired hence money will be refunded in another 3 to 4 working days but i still have not received a refund. On top of that i have been asked for all sorts of details like ..bank passbook transactions detail. payphone transaction details from 16 when this gliche happened till date. money deducted was 928.2 rupee ref no[protected]

I received a message from McDonald's recently which is regarding bill details and a link for bill details was written in it even though I didn't order anything
