I have ordered smoothie while I was waiting for it, I observed there are flies on the counter having a dip in my smoothie, no care was taken when informed to the chef there. When I warned that I would report this, the staff arrogantly replied you can do.

      I ordered 4 mcpuff veg instead of received non veg burger . Very pathetic service by your vendor when I called to store he told me that it happened some time sir seriously this reply from your man pinche alot . how can this possible by your trained staff where clearly can see non-veg sign on your packaging . It shows CARElessness nothing else . Pathetic ### done by you.

        On june 5 2023 i made an order from the mcdonalds india app, while the money got debited from my account, neither did i receive the order nor the refund

          I purchased food from them amounting to 467.26 rupees on the 16th of September 2023. My first payment went through but the person working the till told me that it didn’t go through. He said that I’d get my refund of 467.26 rupees and that I have to pay again. So I did. But the problem is that I never received my refund back. After about a month or so I sent an email to McDonald’s as well but there was no response from the Delhi branch. And now after a wait of more than 5 months, I am filing a complaint here.

            i had called so many times for my missing order of McFlurry to the delivery person and Franchises but no one had give the proper reply or delivery to the missing order and no one were taking call also.

              We 6 persons had visited macdonalds outlet at old padra road, baroda gujrat. Issues to be highlighted are as under
              1. Proper bill was not given
              2.Burger served varied in content from what was shown, on inquiry were told that preparation had changed. We were fooled
              3. Had ordered for lime tea got strawberry, on insisting got the same replaced
              4. Repeat order some changes had been made

                    I have visited Mc Donald's of various cities and have been a huge fan of your food since forever. One year ago I have shifted to Gandhinagar and have been visiting the Sargasan branch and for some good reason their offer kiosk refuses to work and the staff also doesn't seem to care about the same.
                    As a customer I do realise there could be technical glitches, once twice but it has been happening so frequently that I have no choice but to raise this complain. Requesting you to provide technical assistance to this branch so that I can have the orignal McDonalds experience here as well.

                      Yesterday night i order for 1 meal of Mac egg burger and single mc egg from hub Mall goregaav mumbai I place online order from my macd app the app show order is redy but I go there my order was not redy I ask for my order the girl was there she prep my order and Handover to me I'm stay in Malad I order for masala mc egg but it's simple mc egg burger with not fresh onion without masala less sauce uncooked egg patty I eat burger it's totally test less the fries is totally unfresh this I order for my baby west of my mony this 3 rd time this happens with 2 nd outlet of mc Donald's

                        McDonald charging 10 rupees for paper bags for take away orders. Yesterday I was at Mazgaon, Mumbai (Maharashtra, India)Macdonald outlet where I order some food for my kids and I wanted to take away the order. I asked them for carry bag which they said I have to pay 10 rupees for paper bag. As per my knowledge they should not charge for the bag which is paper bag.

                          I had ordered from McDonald via zomato and got the wrong item. I had got the wrong items delivered and did not get a single item which i had ordered. Inspite of that i am a vegetarian and got non veg mcnuggets. here it is evident that it is not zomato's fault as they just delivered it and the bill is correct but the person packing the food put the wrong items. this is highly not acceptable

                            I am unable to find the store number on the invoice to raise the complaint and after complaining that lady store manager destroyed the fries in front of me and said that it happens sometimes I spent almost 2000.                               I have purchased McFlurry Ice Cream on Oct 13 it was very bad in taste, even the ice cream was highly processed and had lots of sugar in it. The ice cream texture was watery and doesn't had a creamy taste in it.

                                I have placed order worth 921 rps in mc donalds store kompally on 26th september.I have paid the amount staff said that they didn’t payment but my money got deducted from my account.They said to re pay the amount to make the order and said that deducted amount will be received within 7 days.Its been more than 10 days but I haven’t received the refund

                                    A few minutes back today on 26th September I had ordered a veg meal through Zomato. My Order No is [protected] for Mc Aloo Tikki + Veg Pizza McPuff + Fries but then ordered delivered was Fried Chicken. I had called you Sahakara Nagar, Bangalore outlet and the duty Manages asked me to place another order so that She can deliver both the order to me.
