I had ordered at 11.33 and ordered arrived at 1.00.
Not only was the food cold (from touch)
I kept aside the food to talk to the dilevery man to call the manager of the restaurant. The coke bottle blasted and ruined the food.

Not only was the food late by more then one hour to almost 1 and half hour.

I had convince the delivery man to take the food as I won't accept the delivery and then was able to talk to the manager or someone.

I firmly told him to take the order back and he told me as everything is closed he can't give me a new order.. which I don't want anyways ..

I would like to know the correct department to raise this issue...

Hungry for more then hour and half only to recieve cold food .. then the coke bottle exploding and ruining the order and talking to the delivery guy to call the manager for another half hour.

Then to to hear that the food can't be made and during all these I had already written a complaint on this forum just before of not receiving the same food ordered. As it was showing paid and accepted by the McD at 11.33 but not receiving till 12.45.

I had placed my order on mcdelivery at around 11.30 and it is now(at the time writting the complaint) 12.40 and I have yet to receive the order and I have tried calling 66000666 ... But the no. Is not valid was being told, and I tried customer help line[protected] but no one is picking up the phone after going through all the process.

I tried calling the no. Provided in mcdelivery +[protected] but it says no. Is switched off ...

To whom should I contact ...

Hi i have visited you Rani bag outlet pincode 110034 m2k mall staff Misbehave with me and was abusing me, Casher gave Tore note 500of 2 in change when i asked to change she was shouting at me.
i spoke with Branch Manger he also started shouting and was going to be physically.
i have attached his voice recording also.

We order from the branch and each time they say oder is not available but ask us to pay the entire amount. Also there is no proper customer service. They cut the phone on the face of the customer. They are asking us to pay extra amount just because they are not having a product . There are scamming people. Ban Visakhapatnam Mc. Donalds. This is not the first time. It is a nuisance everytime.

I ordered a Mc spicy paneer and I received a Mc spicy chicken, I am a pure vegetarian and this is really unacceptable, I ordered via swiggy and all of them are not bothered, non vegetarian thing in a vegetarian household is a big thing. The service is really poor.

I don't know which kind of services you're providing to the customers if the product is not available in menu then why guys are displayed in menu

I'd ordered on 22nd may -2023 :- Dosa masala Burger, mac puff and mac chicken value meal and i paid the amount of Rs. 297.14
when I went for pickup the order then counter people sasu your order has been cancelled and amount will refund with in 15 days ..is this your TAT for refund policy.. very pathetic.
I would suggest to you first update your all the system with latest API then show the QR code to customers for online orders

Can anyone's tell me when I get my money back.

I placed & paid my order from Mcdelivery app and the restaurant employee misleading with wrong information about timeline. And giving reasons that they don't have riders to deliver. It took more than an hour.
This wasted my time waiting for food when i was hungry.

I finished work yesterday at about 6pm and went to the drive trough at McDonald in hazel grove i ordered quite a lot of food as it was for myself my son and 3 friends i ordered the burgers plain with just cheese as my son is allergic to onions the order was compactly wrong order it had no plain stuff what so ever and if he would eaten it would made him really ill also i couldnt drive back as that the nearest McDonald and its around 7 mile away i rang up McDonald a lad answered and hung up then kept hanging up on me then it kept saying busy all night so think they didn't want to answer i am not happy about this at all as i was polite when i spoke to him for the few seconds

I am 17 year male studying in chennai. On 17th of may when I had to catch a train I thought of ordering from mcdonald and then having it later. So I ordered it 45 mins before my trains scheduled departure because the mcdelivery app assured my of delivery within 15 miss after ordering. Now I had ordered it around 5:45 pm and my train was scheduled at 6:20 from Chennai railway station. So I estimated that I should be able to board the train with my package delivered. So I waited till 6:15 and then I left for boarding my train. Then after my train left the delivery boy called me and said that your order has arrived, as I couldn't receive the order I requested him to cancel it and also tried contacting mcdelivery customer care number, but they weren't picking up my calls. When I checked it after a day the order has been marked as delivered and there was no refund process initiated.
I tried contacting their customer care but to no avail.

PAYMENT DEDUCTED[protected] AT 11:07pm but Oder was proceeding latter it came back automatically but amount deducted called the store they said it will be refunded but till not received 871 rs
It was loading then it came back automatically from the site order was not confirmed from site but Payne was deducted by you I have only you transaction I’d, it’s already a month it not revived the amount please do the need full

Mcdonald’s carry bag has its logo on both sides, still they charged me Rs. 9 for it even though I didn’t ask for the bag. When asked about it, the staff behaved rudely and said you can complain wherever you want, this is our rule.

Refusal for any form of replacement lost money to eat stale food

But the complaint has been refused of being not guilty on any manner that I am supposed to take an in-house tour of the restaurant to watch their greatness. Again the same cheating on over pricing in the name of GST and low stale burgers been served at a high price

Served two aloo tikki burger their cheap version for the price of corn and cheese burger in the wrapping of corn and cheese burger added cgst sgst extra on the bill this is happening second time with complaints and they have denied these complaints and refuse for any replacement

I wanted an ice-cream at Mac D infinity(Malad, Mumbai). Firstly the cashier did not attend as she was busy assembling the cash which should have been done while collecting the cash. After waiting for 5 mins, when I requested her to take order, she rudely said to wait. There was a long queue of people

I gave her Rs 60 for a Rs 57 waffle chocolate ice-cream. She did not return the remaining amount and when asked she told she will give it later, which she did not.

The other person was also lethargic to attend customers. This happened at ice-cream stall of Mac D at infinity Mall - Malad - Mumbai.

I had ordered full meal from macD and asked to refill my coke within an hour of time after my order. The Service people working at the place denied me saying they do not follow this policy for their place.

This is our third visit they didn't provide Coke no chicken kabab burger no mac egg, they said u cant order drink contain coke as they dont have it and we can't replace it with anything else. Manager was super rude and no sense of talking. Please look into this matter...

So I ordered two items above 200 rupees via Zomato and that time there wa this offer that if I add above 199 I’ll get free mac veggie burger but what happened was there was no burger when food got delivered.
This is really shameful
I tried to get in touch with Macd but they were closed.

I ordered a meal and paid through upi ...the information was 0 items I panicked and cancelled my order...I didn't receive a refund and when I contacted they are just ignoring wtf
