On 23/1/2020 i ordered online for 334rs. And store person callsback and cancels the order my money got debit from phonepe app again i tried and again 334rs. Got debited and same issue he calls and cancels the order i[censored] call customer care they said 7-8days money will refund till date the money has not refunded please refund/and resolve the issue...

13/01/2019... I visited domibivali east macdonald in dombivali and palced the order the amount was 260 n open google pay for sacn thier qr code for payment... But when i scan thir qr code n paid amount... Their machine gave recipt that transaction is failed but... I got mst from google pay n alos from the bank that 260 rs was deducted.. Then macd wroker saide rhat thier some net work problem so i use bhim upi pay... N try 2 time.. But agin same i got 2 msg of transactions from bhim upi that payment is done but thier machine said that transaction is failed... So instead of 260 rs i got deduction of 780rs from mamy google pay and bhim upi contacted bank account... So whrn i told the manager he told me that u will get refund from 7 days.. But now 20 days over no they no refund yet

I have visited macd aashram road ahmedabad on 28/1/2020, i have asked for combo's price receptionist said the prices, all combos are around 200 to 300, then i only buy veg burger which is around 40rs, after this both receptionist laughed as if they are making fun of my 40rs choice it's really hurt me mentally, how can someone laugh if i can't afford a combo and chose only a burger, this behavior is rediculous

I ordered veg from 1 mcd in brookfield.

They delivered chicken burgers instead of veg burger, despite knowing that how veg and nonveg are strict dietry rules in india.
Last time my item was missing, this time non veg in place of veg.
When i call the outlet they are unresponsive, they called after 30 mins and very very rude staff, no apologies.

There is a dead bug in the fries i ordered today from mcdonalds!! If these are the standards that a chain like mcdonalds sets in india... Imagine how lightly they take indians. Had this been done in the us i'm pretty sure they would have been begging the customer in fear of a lawsuit. Pathetic response from delivery partner swiggy as well.. 60/- bucks coupon for a dead bug!!

Hi sir i visited in macdonald at 04 jan 2020 but there restaurant manager is very rude behaviour and he ask me to leave from restaurant because of i'm just talking with thise employees when i say i'm not going anywhere he push me and troubling with me...

My kid and husband are suffering from severe food poisioning after consuming the food here. I request the authorities to please conduct regular quality testing for their outlets as not only is this an issue for our people but is also the only known brand for tourists from abroad. The malfunctioning of these outlets gives a very bad impression of our food safety authorities.

I am a regular customer of mcdonald which is near golden temple amritsar because my office falls in the same vicinity. On an average, i visit the same restaurant like 10 to 15 time a month for the snacks.

My recent issue is, i visited the same restaurant to use the washroom. That day i was in hurry and could not order anything. Now the result of this was, the restaurant owner called me and insulted in front of his employees. This situation was worse at that time for me.

The restaurant owner lost his temper and was about to get violent.

Seriously at this time, when our prime minister is going for swachh bharat abhiyan and these restaurants do this kind of behavior.

I may not visit this restaurant again.

I want to register the complain about the crew I'd 52673- Dinesh Kumar .I went to Noida wave mall McDonald and I specifically told him not to add the cheese burger . But he is think he is over smart and he add the cheese burger and extra cheese in order to increase the bill amount .He us just fooling the customer and also giving wrong information to the customer so that he can increase the billing amount . And he is doing this to all the customer . I would request you to please look in to the matter . Or else I will have to post this to the social media and this is best in the public interest .

I am complaining about an employee who works in calungte branch macdonald's goa. His name is gopi krishna.. I ordered veg burger, but he gave me non - vegetarian burger. Moreover when i complaint he was just laughing and when i scolded him he abused me and came to beat me up. I just ran from the show room and i haven't touched non - vegetarian in whole of my life. But he made me eat it.

Today i visited mcdonalds in lulu mall, edapally, kerala, india. I had a bad experience with staff named vishnu. Me and my sister were ordering and i pulled out my card for payment and he, in a quite rude and disrespectful manner shouted to me “how many times i told you that we don’t take card, only cash! I told you many times!” (He actually didn’t tell me once, he told my sister that they don’t take card, which i didn’t hear) he was shouting and also looking at me in a weird way and was quite rude towards my sister when she said something about his behaviour while we were paying. When i saw his colleague i asked him for vishnu’s name and he got short tempered and said “vishnu! Vishnu is my name? Why do you want my name? Is to complain?? Go complain... I dont care i was planing to quite this job anyway! So go complain i don’t care!”. I am 25 now but since i was 17 i have been to mcdonald’s in many occasions with my friends and family i always had a great experience with the food and the staff. I have never met a staff who was rude until today. There was a small queue behind me while this incident occurred and it was humiliating to have a staff from mcdonald’s to yell at me like this. My sister recorded a video too for proof. If you guys require that i will get the video and mail it to you.

I been to mc cafe and ordered mc flurry, staff gave me vanilla icecream wid oreo crumps not even the taste which we expect after complaining the operator didnt even talk properly and all my money gone waste.. I am very serious about my complain and please provide me solution this is not what mc cafe provide please solve my complaints or i will find another solution for this

Wrong illustration of food item (Burger) on menu. The menu board shows burger with filling of onion and tomatoes but the real delivered one was just having patty and sauce in the bun with no vegetables. When asked the staff told us that they don't have fresh stock of vegetables. They charged us full but did not delivered the claimed item. To our surprise when we call the manager he didn't showed up. We waited for 15 minutes and then left.

I have visited to koparkhairne macd i'm a regular customer of that store... 1st time experience i have ordered medium meal and 2 coffee with coke we were 3 people when i asking for repeat coke thr told me sharing is not allow i agree but the way they said this was very much insulting i didn't said anything do you people think i'm fool have taken 2 coffee and one coke and we were 3 people, if i'm drinking coffee then why i'll drink sharing of coke... Second experience was very pathetic manager was very rude don't know how to talk with the customer my bill no was 177, 163 have order 2 meal with coke and one meal with coffee coffee was chilled and tasteless i have given complaint abt this manager was not agreeing coffee was chilled then i told her to taste it then she has given me replacement for that after that i visited to repeat the coke as i'm regular customer of macd i visited to bandra linking rd outlet thr is no limitation for drinks if i have taken drinks then i can take unlimited but here she told me the drink is not unlimited the is a limit for that in front of every one i felt very insulting if the is some rule like this then they should say us while billing not after billing very bad service of koparkhairne balaji macd very much disappointed with the services and staff i hope you people will take some action against this complaint

Hi, I am regular customer of MacDonald Talegaon Dabhade next to Urse Toll Plaza,
I saw their Resto Manager Mahesh Zalki And Avinash Ingle, behaviour against his staff was very bad, they treat them as his servant. They shout and using bad language to his staff which is very bad. Its also against law. as I see staff service is very good, they are working nice but managers not see all this, Managers are in other mood, .
Kindly take action against them.

I ordered chicken maharaja large meal bt got burger alone in uber eat in mcd, ashok nagar chenai. When the delivery persn askd in store for large coke fries, they told they don't have and sent him. We called after receiving order when we called, they told us to call and remind them next time we ordr. When we ordered again in uber eats, we called them after ordering but those # arent picking up call. We tried multiple times and also mcd custoner care who arw another bunch of senseless people. Pls resolve this cheating issue.

My order get cancelled, rider didn't call me but msg me saying i didn't pick the call. So he returned back to store & cancelled my order. I'm enclosing snap shots of call history, rider msg & order cancelled msg. My account has been debited for ₹408/-
Pls do the needful. Refund my money back to my account.

I ordered my online order through swiggy, and mcdonald’s have given my order to someone else and they made me to wait for 50 minutes and then they cancelled my order. This is from mcdonald’s and when enquired in banashankari branch from bangalore, somasundar was very arrogant and told to complain on this to whomever i can.
Please tell me why can’t i complain to customer care

I have faced worst ever experience with mcdonlds that i have ordered burger via id: bro-dl[protected], and i havent received any contact from delivery guys and he has marked the delivery as delivered.

I was trying to track the delivery guy so that i can contact him, however they have such poor interface that even we can track or get the information of delivery guys and the estimation time of delivery which is shown there is also incorrect.

Please refund my money back asap and stop making customers fraud.

I am a frequent visitor of McDonald at sevenseas mall fateganj Vadodara. and every time children ask for soft serve and I have noticed that whenever I buy McDonald's soft serve ice cream from seven seas mall it seems very cheap quality and not worthy to eat. And I feel it is not from McDonald. So I request to please look into this matter and do the needful.
