So we have ordered food yesterday from mc Donald Rohtak branch through the SWIGGY platform and eventually, we received the order within time I ordered 2 burgers but as per their contract, they failed to deliver they have only delivered only one burger and also they not provided straws, tissues, and other cutlery. i also contact them but haven't responded yet.
so i paid 691 rupees for two burgers I haven't received anything but i need a minimum of 400 rupees for compensation

        Dear Sir/Madam,

        I am writing to file a complaint about my recent experience with McDonald's Kothrud Pune. I had placed an order through Zomato with the order number [protected] and the restaurant order number KOT-DL[protected]-[protected] for two burgers - 1 Aloo Tikki and 1 McVeggie. Unfortunately, both the burgers were received in a very poor cooking condition. The buns were stale, and to my utter disgust, I even found hair in one of the Tikki. This is a serious breach of hygiene standards, and I am deeply disappointed with the service provided by McDonald's.

        When I called the restaurant to report the issue, I did not receive any resolution. Instead, the employee I spoke to started to clarify that hair was not possible in the food. I even sent pictures of the poor quality food to the restaurant, which they have conveniently ignored.

        I am extremely dissatisfied with the service provided by McDonald's, and I expect a quick and prompt resolution to this matter. I demand that strict action is taken against the restaurant for failing to adhere to basic hygiene standards. I also request an immediate refund for the amount paid for the order.

        I am deeply disappointed with the quality of service provided by McDonald's and the complete lack of concern for customer satisfaction. I would like to warn others about this experience, and I will be sharing my feedback on various social media platforms, as well as with my friends and family.

        I look forward to hearing back from you with a resolution to this matter.

          It was 20 April 2023 9:00 am I order McAloo tikki regular meal and I order from the digital screen of McDonald's which is provided by then while ordering my meal I wasn't knowing that I can customise my coke without ice there itself and no staff was there at order counter to ask them but after ordering I went near their kitchen area to tell I don't want ice there was no one except one guy in mcd t-shirt I told him that I don't want ice he told me okay but as my order came there was one lady which serve me and in my meal the coke was having ice I told her that can you please make it without ice because I don't want it I told that guy also, so she said he is not from my crew and if you wanted without ice you must customise while ordering why did you order with ice now it will waste the ice I told her that I wasn't knowing that it has any option like that so she said it has the option come I show you and she then thought me but which was no need you can't treat your coustomer like that n i already informed that guy who is wearing McD tshirt n he told me okay then . She was like if you do not want this you should tell me before serving I told her about that guy n she was like no he is not from my crew then who is he. Okay leave this all what about straw I asked her about straw she is saying we don't provide straw it is given only while parcel and delivery time, what sense it means you show in thumbnail coke with straw and you don't serve it how and few days already I came here at that time the lady was different she gave me straw at that time it was available for all and now it is not provided how ? Also she says it is from 1 and half month that they don't provide straw and few days back they served me with straw how ? I don't know but it disturbed me because being such polite staff behave like this it means they don't care of any coustomer eat or do anything we don't need you, you need us, what kind of attitude. Unsatisfied because of behaviour. I don't want the apologies I want to take action against this morning staff there is no manager no one only one guy n one lady which is also do ordering counter and kitchen. Don't no what kind of system. I love McD food I eat alot from McD from so many places i vist but no one treated like this.

                  Ordered a dine-in meal from an app on 15th April at around 2 PM through the McDonald's India West and South app bearing the transaction ID: HRPL-OML[protected]-1.
                  Right after ordering, I couldn't track it through the app, even though I received the confirmation mail of the order and the money being deducted. Upon inquiring about it, the staff at McDonald's Bangalore (Orion Mall) make me wait 30 min for my order saying that they have not received it, when it clearly is showing from the mail that I have successfully placed the order and that money has been deducted. I had to wait 30 min with no resolution for the same and now I have not received the refund either. The McDonald's India app is a pain to use, it is a very very very bad experience and I will not be using it ever again and asking everyone I know to stay away from it as well. Hope to hear back from you ASAP.

                        While i was ordering from mcdonalds app, i was on the payment getaway made my payment and the screen went into processing and the app stopped working on itself when i restarted the app money was debited and order wasn’t placed…i tried 2nd time but again the same thing . For twice my money was deducted . its been more than 5 days i haven’t received my refund i placed order on 4th april . App does not allow to even submit complaint request .

                          I was ordering from mcdonald’s app which is the worst thing in the world…while i was ordering i was on the payment getaway made my payment and the screen went into processing and the app stopped working on itself when i restarted the app money was debited and order wasn’t placed…i got no reply when i opted for a refund…its been more than 4 days i haven’t received my refund i placed order on 31st march at around 10:20 pm the customer service isn’t helpful at all…its been 5 days it still shows initiated in the payment history and shows null as the payment method.. I need a refund asap as this is not tolerable having an experience like this again and again from a brand like this…worst delivery application ever.. We need a resolution for this!

                            First off, Mcd has been my go to fast food chain in India. Today I went to your outlet in:

                            Rajiv Gandhi IT Expressway, Kamaraj Nagar, Chennai, Tamil Nadu

                             I went to the drive thru as I was in a hurry. Which turned out to be the biggest mistake.. There was just one car in front of me and it took them 20 mins for 1 car. By the time I got my turn 3 cars came behind me. You can be slow but not this slow. Then what's the point of a drive thru.

                            The incident that followed next was even worse. I got my turn, placed my order and was waiting in queue. When 3 transgender women who use gender as a reason to ask for money came and stood between my car and mcd window and started asking food. They then started knocking my window asking for money. I said I can't give and they started cussing at me and hitting my car. Then the mcd guys in the window gave 0 ### about this entire thing and were giving the transgenders free milkshakes and burgers. I mean wtf is this @McDonald's I didn't know you guys were giving food items free to transgenders. And even if you did there's a limit. You need to give them outside the restaurant. Why are you letting these jokers inside and letting them harass the CUSTOMERs who are actually paying for the food. I need immediate action to be taken against the outlet and a proper apology. Or I will make sure no one in my family and friends visit mcd India again. Extremely upset and deeply disappointed. Not the quality or experience I expect from a mcd outlet. And who tf will pay for the scratches these freeloaders made on my car.

                              I would like to lodge a complaint about my last visit to McDonalds in Jubilee Hills in Hyderabad on 2nd April 2023. We had ordered a Piri Piri Mc Spicy chicken burger, on the recommendation of the billing person. While eating, my son got a piece of glass in his burger. When we called the store employees, they asked if it was in the patty or in the bun. He did not ask if my son was ok.
                              First of all, it is absolutely ridiculous that something like this happens. This glass piece he realised while biting therefore we could take it out and show it to the store manager. Not sure, if any other pieces of glass have already gone in and whether something must have happened internally.
                              We spoke to the store manager and he refunded our bill. But that is not all i seek. I want to report this matter, as McDonalds is the most preferred brand for a lot of children and adults, and therefore they should be extremely careful in the hygiene part in making the products and far more empathetic towards the customers.

                                It is very disheartening to state here that we had ordered 4 cokes and paid INR 310+ GST but at the time of takeaway, when we opened the box the cokes were not sent alongwith the burgers and other items. I am attaching the invoice of Yash Aqua, Vijay Char Rasta outlet, Ahmedabad. When Mcdonald person charges the amount to the customer and isn't it his responsibility to ensure that the items purchased by the client are delivered in full. Such an important institution of yours is making such big goo[censored]ps. Sir you are hereby requested to instruct your outlet and refund the amount of coke which was not delivered to us.
