It's been a bad visit to opulent ghaziabad mac d. It's all due to not the organisation but due to one of employee there. Tanvi kaur-54001 was so rude and talked rubbish, not only with me but co-staff present over there.
I shall not recommend my friends for that branch. Why people over there or mac d keep such staff.. Or tender going on for misbehaving with customers.
I urge higher officials to take this on priority and ask her to quit if she can't handle.. Else next time i shall forward a legal notice to firm for such deed of your own employee with me and your coworkers.
Hoping a fast resolution from mac d team.

    I ordered french fries, chatpata naan & coke tonight at 23:05:32 at belapur, navi mumbai outlet.
    Order number 175.
    Crew i'd[protected] bhushan jagdish koli.
    When went home we found cockroach or flies in the french fries. Harsh that my wife was very eagerly waiting for mcdonald's food, which she stopped eating. After charging such a amount than other brands, mcdonald's can't give us the hygienic food.

          This is with reference to the bad experience i had today. I visited airoli sector 8 mac donald's navi mumbai, maharashtra today.
          Store manager "girendra yadav", he was damn rude and he was arguing with me after giving bad service. He was arrogant. It was his mistake and i noticed him, so instead of saying sorry. He was arguing with me. Plz take necessary action and teach and train them to be polite with any kind of customer. I was expecting apologies and he was busy in arguments with me that too late in the night at 11.30 pm
          Plz let me know what necessary action will be taken.

            On Saturday(05/01/2019) at Hyderabad airport McDonald outlet i ordered one Paneer Wrap (Med), French Fry, one Milkshake and one Mc Veggie which cost Rs.445.02 but after swapping my card money deducted from my account but the executive told me that We did not get the money.You have to pay again and if your money deducted from your account you will get it within 3-7 days but
            till now i did n't get my money back.I already sent so many mails and given the details of my card thrice and last 5 trax but till now neither any action has been taken nor i got my money back, i think they are deliberately doing at airport so that no one come to airport for money which 40 ks away from city.

              I visited bhabola naka mcd in vasai and placed the order and gave my debit card to place the order the amount was 500 so i entered the password and they told machine is not working, then they gave new machine and on that again i entered password and i got msg from the bank of 1 point of sale transaction and 2 mcd transaction so instead of paying 500, 1500 rs got decuted from my debit card, when i told the manager he told u will get a refund in 24 hours and now 2 days are past no refund.

                Check the portion size in trivandrum outlet. I've been having mcd since childhood, in mumbai. Check the new outlet in trivandrum mall of travancore. 300 rs for combo and you get 2 small buns with a dry cutlet and a cheese slice? Wat happened to melted cheese and all? Some two years back, i've visited kochi outlet and it was good. This new outlet is a disgrace. Maharaja mac is two buns, dry patty and cheese slice?

                  I and my family friend went to mcdonald's on 15.01.2019 @ about 7.30 in the evening, which is situated @ jnmc compound, nehrunagar, belgaum. At the counter one lady ms. Smita was taking orders. When our turn came she behaved in a arrogant manner and acted as if she is not interested in taking orders. The manager was also of no help. For an order of rs 186.90, i have given my debit card, after some time i was asked to give cash payment as the payment was not rec'd through card. Subsequently i observed that payment was also debited in my bank also. I have talked to the outlet on phone but i was replied that they have not received any payment through my debit card. Pl note that, i have found no reverse entry in my bank account till today.

                      07 jan 2019, i was placed an order through delivery call at 2pm. However, i informed them to call receptionist once the food is arrived. I’ve been waiting for more than 1 hour. I’ve called to customer care to check my order only know that my order has been cancelled, without any information! I had to placed another order and this is wasting my time! I’m very disappointed with this kind of service line!

Ashish negi they misbehaved with me while taking the order and aslo being a girl they further denied to take my order and instead they took someone else’ order.                             Mcdonald's at above address served ketchup whose quality seemed too bad. Few months back mcd ketchup tasted okok but this one tastes too much mixed and not original. I think the issue is with the main delivery section which delivers it to this as well as other outlets too...

                              Today (December 27, 2018) I was having breakfast at McDonald's Balachaur, Garhshankar Road, Punjab. I ordered 2 spinach and corn burgers, 2 egg wraps and 2 fresh brew coffee for Rs. 380/-.

                              I am extremely disappointed to say that I found a piece of plastic in my egg wrap while eating, it might be possible that I have eaten that plastic. You guys are taking so much money for your food just to sell them plastic in their food. I'm sending you the attachment related to it.

                                  We had placed an online order using the mcdelivery app. Our order number was 230383. Our order arrived at 12.10am. The order was correct. However, the quantity of fries was half in all 3 meduum meals. I tried calling the mcdelivery number but the ivr got disconnected saying the services are available only from 7am to midnight. Are we paying for this kind of service. I need an explanation for this. Pls refund my money.

                                    I went to nellore mgb felicity mall today morning (21/12/2018 friday) to have a breakfast at mcdonalds restaurant. The restaurant timings on the door said 10:30 am. But even at 11:15 am they were not ready to serve customers. The attitude of the people in there was just careless and when asked they were least bothered that they are losing business for mcdonalds by opening late. I expected some good standard from a company like mcdonalds and this was very dissappointing.

                                      I went to macdonald's Vadodara outlet, situated in Inox, ellora park, Vadodara.
                                      I was charged twice for my order (Once from my card and they said my transaction was not going through and second time with successful transaction) billing amount 477 inr...

                                      they said the amount will be refunded in next 2 days. It is 10 days now and the amount is still not refunded. The team in Macdonald's is not listening to me.

                                      Kindly check and refund back the amount to my account
