Ordered a big paneer wrap, pizza mac puff, french fries and chocolate shake.
Chocolate shake and pizza mac puff were missing.
And paneer wrap and french fried were cold and stale. I immediately complained to the store. But they closed my complaint. After that i repeatedly complained to Mcdonald through various platforms but they are not accepting their mistake. The packaging was torn. They are putting the blame on swiggy. Because of their fight i have lost money. They are frauds. Kindly boycott Macdonald especially kashmere gate outlet in delhi. They are doing fraud. They are making use of the ambiguity thats there while ordering from 3rd parties and then putting blane on swiggy while they deliver missing items and stale food. They should be prosecuted and banned in India. Since so many days i am struggling continuously.

    Found fly and larvae of the flies in my McChicken

    Address: Central Mall JP nagar Bangalore

    I found a fly and it had laid it's larvae on my McChicken burger patty. I am pretty disgusted and the staff does not agree that the fly came inside it. I have a video of the fly and the larvae on the burger. Hope cleanliness is carried out and health standards are maintained for the food.

    BA088 is the McDonalds code. I found a fly and it had laid it's larvae on the burger patty. I am pretty disgusted by this and hope a thorough check is carried out on the kitchen and proper health standards are carried out hence forth

          I am Arya Deodhar,
          I am writing to bring to your attention a concerning incident that happened to me recently. I ordered a veg maharaja burger from McDonald's via Swiggy, and to my shock and disappointment, after taking a bite, I realized that it was a non-veg burger.

          As a pure vegetarian, this incident has hurt my sentiments deeply and has ruined my entire meal and day. I raised my concern with Swiggy, but unfortunately, no action was taken, and my grievance was not addressed. I believe that this is a severe violation of my rights as a consumer and a violation of my beliefs as a vegetarian.
          I would like to request your help in this matter. I want to be compensated for this mistake, and I would like to ensure that such incidents do not happen in the future. I hope that you can take swift action in this matter and help me get the justice that I deserve.

          Thank you for your time and consideration. I would like to raise my concern on social media and request compensation for this issue.

              I I placed an order on McDonald's on 27th February 2023 via Paytm Mini App . I tried to order but my money got debited and order was not place. I again tried to place the order but 2nd time also my money got debited but order was not placed. It has been more than 7 days regarding this issue and i have not got my refund yet.

                Hello,

                I tried to place order twice from McDelivery App & paid through PayTM on 27th Feb 2023. Both times payment deducted & order didn't got placed & today 6th March 2023 still I haven't received any refund for the same.
                Both times I paid Rs. 407. So the total is Rs. 814.

                              I have made payment twice on the Mcdelivery app via Paytm but in the app it is still shown as pending. I have confirmed with the Paytm customer service and the payment is successful from their side.
                              As a proof of payment I have the UPI reference number and also transaction number for both the payments.

                                I ordered a few things on mcdonalds app and opted for payment through paytm payment was done but order was not taken. After that i didnt received my order nor my payment back from the store kindly look into the matter and help to get my money back

                                  I have paid for an order though a debit card of Rs. 522 but MC Donald staff said they have not received the amount and not given my order. I felt humiliated.

                                  They said I will get the refund but now its 6 days but still I have not recieved my refund.

                                  I am attaching the transaction copy which says that they have recieved the amount.

                                  Kindly contact me and provide me the compensation.
