I ordered 2 combo with 2 cold drinks and other orders but I received only one cold drinks.

Me and my other three friends visited mcdonalds just now. But they told us only McChicken meal and McChicken Kebab. is available. and after 12 o clock they told us that mcdonald app us not available for order . and staf behaviour is to poor. and why after 12 o cock app and all regular services are not available

Ordered a dine-in meal from an app on 15th April at around 2 PM through the McDonald's India West and South app bearing the transaction ID: HRPL-OML[protected]-1.
Right after ordering, I couldn't track it through the app, even though I received the confirmation mail of the order and the money being deducted. Upon inquiring about it, the staff at McDonald's Bangalore (Orion Mall) make me wait 30 min for my order saying that they have not received it, when it clearly is showing from the mail that I have successfully placed the order and that money has been deducted. I had to wait 30 min with no resolution for the same and now I have not received the refund either. The McDonald's India app is a pain to use, it is a very very very bad experience and I will not be using it ever again and asking everyone I know to stay away from it as well. Hope to hear back from you ASAP.

I ordered through McDonalds app on 1st April 2023 evening. Order was failed and no order ID was created in MCdelivery app. Money was deducted from my credit card and the payment platform was Paytm. Order ID is HRPL-MBO[protected]-1. Bank reference is 6803600088096628205959.

Is that your service like this bed i made a inquiry on 04th of April and still not get any response from your side is that you treat you customer like this bed i want my refund back as soon as possible Bec i didn't get the order which you charge from me so please take serious about this situation.

While i was ordering from mcdonalds app, i was on the payment getaway made my payment and the screen went into processing and the app stopped working on itself when i restarted the app money was debited and order wasn’t placed…i tried 2nd time but again the same thing . For twice my money was deducted . its been more than 5 days i haven’t received my refund i placed order on 4th april . App does not allow to even submit complaint request .

I need a refund asap as this is not tolerable having an experience like this again and again from a brand like this…worst delivery application ever.. We need a resolution for this!

First off, Mcd has been my go to fast food chain in India. Today I went to your outlet in:

Rajiv Gandhi IT Expressway, Kamaraj Nagar, Chennai, Tamil Nadu

 I went to the drive thru as I was in a hurry. Which turned out to be the biggest mistake.. There was just one car in front of me and it took them 20 mins for 1 car. By the time I got my turn 3 cars came behind me. You can be slow but not this slow. Then what's the point of a drive thru.

The incident that followed next was even worse. I got my turn, placed my order and was waiting in queue. When 3 transgender women who use gender as a reason to ask for money came and stood between my car and mcd window and started asking food. They then started knocking my window asking for money. I said I can't give and they started cussing at me and hitting my car. Then the mcd guys in the window gave 0 ### about this entire thing and were giving the transgenders free milkshakes and burgers. I mean wtf is this @McDonald's I didn't know you guys were giving food items free to transgenders. And even if you did there's a limit. You need to give them outside the restaurant. Why are you letting these jokers inside and letting them harass the CUSTOMERs who are actually paying for the food. I need immediate action to be taken against the outlet and a proper apology. Or I will make sure no one in my family and friends visit mcd India again. Extremely upset and deeply disappointed. Not the quality or experience I expect from a mcd outlet. And who tf will pay for the scratches these freeloaders made on my car.

I would like to lodge a complaint about my last visit to McDonalds in Jubilee Hills in Hyderabad on 2nd April 2023. We had ordered a Piri Piri Mc Spicy chicken burger, on the recommendation of the billing person. While eating, my son got a piece of glass in his burger. When we called the store employees, they asked if it was in the patty or in the bun. He did not ask if my son was ok.
First of all, it is absolutely ridiculous that something like this happens. This glass piece he realised while biting therefore we could take it out and show it to the store manager. Not sure, if any other pieces of glass have already gone in and whether something must have happened internally.
We spoke to the store manager and he refunded our bill. But that is not all i seek. I want to report this matter, as McDonalds is the most preferred brand for a lot of children and adults, and therefore they should be extremely careful in the hygiene part in making the products and far more empathetic towards the customers.

It is very disheartening to state here that we had ordered 4 cokes and paid INR 310+ GST but at the time of takeaway, when we opened the box the cokes were not sent alongwith the burgers and other items. I am attaching the invoice of Yash Aqua, Vijay Char Rasta outlet, Ahmedabad. When Mcdonald person charges the amount to the customer and isn't it his responsibility to ensure that the items purchased by the client are delivered in full. Such an important institution of yours is making such big goo[censored]ps. Sir you are hereby requested to instruct your outlet and refund the amount of coke which was not delivered to us.

I am writing to you from Kolhapur, Maharashtra. I have visited the local McDonald's here multiple times and have tried to use the app to place an order but the staff has informed me that they are unable to accept orders through QR codes.

I am wondering why this app was created if it is not accepted by most of your staff? I would appreciate if you could look into this issue and help me understand the purpose of this app.

I tried Kebab Burger it is completely dried like powder not worth for the price..or it hase not been cooked or presented. Mcdonald should assign a person to monitor the preparation this inspector has to supervise to maintain mcdonald quality product.

Yesterday night I went macD with my sisters. I bought 3mac aloo tikki one macpuff and French fries. Today morning when I woke up 3 o[censored]s suffering from stomach ache, vomiting weakness. What the hell they are selling in the name of food I want my refund at any how.

I visited McDonald’s Gandhibazar store Bangalore I place the orde made card payment, but I did not receive any bill. The company is cheating customers by not providing bill in physical form or in digital form or an SMS form.

Ordered a big paneer wrap, pizza mac puff, french fries and chocolate shake.
Chocolate shake and pizza mac puff were missing.
And paneer wrap and french fried were cold and stale. I immediately complained to the store. But they closed my complaint. After that i repeatedly complained to Mcdonald through various platforms but they are not accepting their mistake. The packaging was torn. They are putting the blame on swiggy. Because of their fight i have lost money. They are frauds. Kindly boycott Macdonald especially kashmere gate outlet in delhi. They are doing fraud. They are making use of the ambiguity thats there while ordering from 3rd parties and then putting blane on swiggy while they deliver missing items and stale food. They should be prosecuted and banned in India. Since so many days i am struggling continuously.

BA088 is the McDonalds code. I found a fly and it had laid it's larvae on the burger patty. I am pretty disgusted by this and hope a thorough check is carried out on the kitchen and proper health standards are carried out hence forth

I am writing to bring to your attention a concerning incident that happened to me recently. I ordered a veg maharaja burger from McDonald's via Swiggy, and to my shock and disappointment, after taking a bite, I realized that it was a non-veg burger.

As a pure vegetarian, this incident has hurt my sentiments deeply and has ruined my entire meal and day. I raised my concern with Swiggy, but unfortunately, no action was taken, and my grievance was not addressed. I believe that this is a severe violation of my rights as a consumer and a violation of my beliefs as a vegetarian.
