I had ordered a meal at their outlet on 02/05/2017 at 18:29:52 making payment via debit card. They made the ordered void because it was not available and told that the refund will be transferred in my bank account. My account was credited with the order amount on 03/05/2017 at 08:05:28. But it again got debited by the same amount on 06/05/2017 at 12:59:35 by the company. After that I had not received the refund back.

I went to the gopalan arcade mall rajarajeshwari nagar outlet of mcd on mysore road. I was accompanied by 3 kids, and 3 adults. We ordered 7 aloo meals. After waiting for a good 15 to 20 minutes the food was ready. Date 30th april 2017, order 128.

The kids were too excited about the burger and immediately pounced on food. We were half way through with the burger when we found a fly in the fries. Fries being in an open box we could see the fly there. God knows how many would have been there in the burger we had. It was so disappointing that we stopped eating there and went to the manager who was very casual with the response. Didn't even bother to apologize for the mistake. On being asked for it, he somehow agreed to write it down on the bill.

Cleanliness and hygiene is a basic expectation from any restaurant especially a brand like mcd and for a type of food which kids eat the most.

Executive didn't hav any other mode of payment options available win him its a shameful job dey were doin even il use the word cheap my concern is if suppose we dont hav cash den wat dey cant take the thru cards or sumthing as i hav ordered it via phone call n at last dey said we dont hav any other option... I am very much disappointed with der bulllshit job dey were doin excellent...

I ordered 1 chicken kebab wrap n chicken kebab burger meal sharing pack for 2 today on 28th of April 2017, at 6.32 online The amount of rs.495 is deducted from my bank account but my order is not been placed.
Kindly return my money back as soon as possible in my bank account. And henceforth I will not order because my trust on mcdelivery is been breaked

I ordered online and then paid through debit card the bill was of rs544 and then the amount was deducted from my account. After that i didn't got the order number half hour passed then tried to call on 66000666 but i showed the number you are trying to reach is temporarily disconnected. I called from another number and then they said that cant give u the order delivered now place the order again and pay again for the same order spoke to pratik and then again i spoke to suhas he sai within 10days money will be refunded i spoke to him i ask him to deliver the order i don't need cash but they dint helped out so now there's no order and even cash is gone

I was went to mcdonald's happy thoughts road pimple soudagar pune on 26 apr 2017. I took coke float and coke. I requested to cancel coke and give combo offer in stead of this and take balance money or cancel coke and give combo. Mcdonalds representative refused to cancel coke. I asked you should have suggested me then he replied very rudely that there is boards and posters u have to check urself very rudely. I think i have right to cancel my order.

Please check this issue or reply with reason

I was ordering through mcdelivery app on 25/03/2017 and making an online payment for my order of Rs.236. The transaction failed but still the amount credited from my account. The online assistant informed me that the same amount will be reverted within the 7-10 working days. But still the same has been not credited. I placed the same order again for cash on delivery. I want my money to be refunded to me at the earliest.

I'm ex-employee of McDonald's Indore. I resigned in the year of 2011. Since then I'm taking follow-up for withdraw PF but still not received yet. After resignation I filled form provided by store team, nothing happened... then I applied through Hewitt, again no proper response, after sometimes Hewitt team asked me to resendthe docs. I did it so, but no improvement. At last I got Ms Arti Chavan's ID and sent mail to her. As she guided I sent all the forms and docs but still not received. I sent her docs in the year of 2015, and its 2017, kindly help me to get it.

Worst services I ever had in my life as I Visited, at Shopprix Mall, Noida, sec. 61 McD' outlet on 16th April 2017 evening and I ordered for spicy paneer burger, instead they served us Chicken burger and worst part was one of my friend was pure vegetarian, when he had a bite and realized the truth, and we asked the manager Mr. deepak for the issue his behavior was so normal and no reaction at all as its a common mistake, he did not give us the complain log book and said McD' team will revert to us but after two days no one either called tried to apologies.

This transaction was done twice
As the order person who have taken the order said that the amount didn't get credited ..
So he have done the transaction twice
And my balance got deducted twice
He said that it will return in 10 days in your a/c ..But it didn't ..I visited the place two times ..
The concerned manager spoke to me and said I will get back to you in a day ..But that day didn't come till date ...As on 10 the April 2017..So I request you to look into the matter on the priority basis ..I need my money in a day or two ...

I visited MCD outlet(basaveshwarnagar, bangalore) on 7th april 2017. i ordered for happy meal and coke float and coke .th coke float tasted horrible and i couldnt drink the coke after the icecream on top got over. the coke was so diluted that i could have drank water instead. i went and complained about this and i got cold coffee as an exchange and it tasted even more pathetic . i am really highly disappointed with MCD . it is peak summer yet there was no AC working .i think a DARSHINI or a normal restaurant would serve better and maintain better food standards . the expectations from a Brand like MCD is way more higher in metro cities and if this is what you guys are going to do to maintain customers .. i guess most of the MCD outlets are going to close down soon.

I bought a number of items at the BSK2 location, it was a takeout order. A meal was part of the order but when reached home, found that fries and drink had not been included in the carryout bag. Sent message to McDonalds with all details including copy of bill. Got back a standard possibly automated message which clearly showed that nobody had actually read the message I sent. Still have not received a proper response from McDonalds.

Noting since quite a few times. The quality of mc flurry has deteriorated remarkably.
I ordered mc flurry crunch.
And I got was mere flavourless crunches with no chocolate at all. The ice cream was pure white literally no chocolate at all.
Also the quantity was half.
I am complaining about PVS mall, Mc Donald's branch Meerut, Uttar Pradesh, India

On my recent visit to Bangalore McDonald (full address: as above)
representatives Anil K. (the waffle maker) and the entire group in this unit constantly mis-behaved on 2 occasions.

I ordered for 4-piece waffle and paid for 2 toppings. Anil K. did not even start to make the waffle for 30 minutes from the time I ordered it. He simply said, "wait in the resting area". Anil K. stopped other members deliberately when they came to my aid. When I complained for the second time and demanded a full refund, the person at the cashier (name hidden and not displayed on his badge) behaved rudely and stated that "no refunds, you won't get any refund" and kept quite to see how it plays.

I exclaimed asking why it would take 15 minutes for him to start putting the batter in the waffle maker (shy of a scene)
The cashier exchanged eye glances with Anik K. the two of them pretended like nothing happened and started making the waffle.

The entire team in Mc Donald unit argued with me for 30 minutes to say that only 1 topping will be offered and if I ordered 2 toppings, that McDonalds usually (exchanging eye glances sarcastically with each other) will not put more than 1 topping on the same waffle, so each waffle would have different stand-alone topping (which is undesirable, its like having a pizza only with cheese on one slice and tomatoes on the other slice).

I would like the entire team including short scout boy who runs around with this Anil K. laughing and fluttering and not delivering services to get fired.
You would automatically see some decent people walk in, because right now, no self respecting person would walk into this fox hole of yours because of employee like Anil K.

I will check constantly to see if you have discarded them

Behaviour of McD staff should be generous and humble but instead of that they are very rude. I had ordered mcveg combo @ mgf McDonald and when I saw my burger there is no mayonnaise at all in my burger only just a bit of touch and when I went to complain about it to staff they told me we only give that much of quantity for this burger and started arguing with me and behaved very rude..even the manager too was arguing with me in front of other customer..I was a regular customer of McDonald but now I think so I have to go for better option now like burger king and burger singh.

13th march in the night i ordered from mcdelivery app these 4 items from mcdonald's ambegaon, pune.
1. 2 aloo tikki burgers.
2. 1 regular fries.
3. 1 pizza mcpuff.

The amount was debited from my account. But since i could not see any eisting orders in the app, i went to mcdonalads ambegaon. They said we have received no such order.
I would like my money refunded.

I ordered online from Mc delivery on 05/03/2017 of amount Rs.199 MC Donald's nirmal lifestyle mall. My account got debited but when i called to confirm my order i got to know that my order was not placed. I called customer care for assistance and she said that the amount will be refunded within 7 working days. Still my amount is not refunded. Transaction id is S39007256.

I being a regular customer at mc donalds would never prefer to visit any store henceforth after experiencing the cheat at vasai west store as I had ordered some food through drive thru and the bill wasn't generated and as per rule of the bill doesn't get generated ur bill is free when I asked to reimburse the amount the manager Mr anand denied several times explaining that the counter man did not know to print the bill... I never knew that new people in the counter are not trained to print a normal bill and are asked to stand at the counter as per Mr anand. Mc donalds has started cheating people too that's a different experience too... Request you to kindly take an action of this complaint actually can be effective...

I ordered for 39 McMaharaja Junior at 10:00am and it was delivered to me at 3:00 pm. The burgers were damn cold and pathetic.
They should discontinue with the delivery.
What kind of service do you provide.
On top of that the delivery boy can without the bill. I mean how could you ask money without the bill? It is the responsibility of the store to send the bill.
When I called the store they say that the printer is not working.
Are you guys only after making money.

I am Hatting it. Next time I would go to a local burger shop or the Burger king instead of having a burger at Mcdonalds...pathetic you people are.

My Complaint is on the Food Service :
* I had Ordered French Fries which got delivered very worst. It's not hot and not fresh at all.
* Coke is not cool at all and no power also.
* Only Burger is nice.

Remaining things I throwed. It became waste because of no Quality and no hygiene.

Multiple times I have Ordered from McDonald even for Office Team Lunch also. But this is the first time had an Unexpected and very very very worst and bad experience from such a big and famoused restaruant.

Felt very bad and suggestions to McDonald is not to loose their Valuable Customers.

NOTE : On delivery boy there is no Complaints. But It is the Store Management and workers responsibiltity on Food Service.
