The staff guy said you can get 1 chocolate shake if you pay extra 30 rupees we said add ok add it and they charged us 570 rupees and did not provide the bill and asked us to have a seat.

I ordered a Chicken McGrill Burger from Mcdonalds, Jawahar Nagar outlet on 16th February 2023.
Surprisingly or rather, disgustingly, I found a bone attached to my chicken burger’s patty.

I have no idea how did that patty pass the quality check since the bone wasn’t small in size, it was quite big and couldn’t have been missed during a QC.

I urge you to take sufficient and hopefully a stern action...

I have opted an offer in MCD app (Date:[protected], Time:- 14:55 hrs) but was declined by the outlet (Nungambakkam, Chennai). The reply from the staffs that the system is offline, so it cannot process the order.

This is a frustrating situation, where offers are available still one can utilise it.

Please take necessary action at the earliest...

I order burger from swiggy the material of burger like cabach and all is in very bad condition and no sauce and miyo inside only burger this is so cheap in quality...

I have visited vivianna mall in Thane in food plaza where i went to Mcdonalds and found that Fish Fillet machine is not working so they cudnt offer us the Fish Burger.

Reason for Complaint - Asking charges for Carrybag even though it has McDonald’s logo on it.
As per the law, chains cannot charge for Carry Bags with Company logo. Only white label bags can be charged....

We pay for order but order can't accepted by store n online payment also done for order how we get refund for our payment...

I placed my order via app and paid online via paytm, but the order is not delivered and there is no response when i call the restaurant....

I have ordered a mcflurry in one of the mcdonalds outlet in Tirupati which is supposed to be an icecream derivative and the flurry is totally melted and very watery.when i asked the staff about the same they were rude explaining that I don’t know the procedure and this is how it will be and the product itself should be watery.I need an immediate explanation on this from the mcdonalds team....

I made 1st payment and it was successful but due to a technical error, they asked me again to pay at the counter and told me I would get a refund for that amount but till now I didn't get that money.
