    In prasad imax McDonald's outlet in Hyderabad we got scammed. They confused us in order as we went for first time in McDonald's and when we tried making it clear they ignored our speech.

          Time- afternoon around 1.50
          Went here along with my two friends
          Things we ordered
          1 mc chicken
          1 mc veggie
          1 aloo tikki
          2 hot fudge
          The staff guy said you can get 1 chocolate shake if you pay extra 30 rupees we said add ok add it and they charged us 570 rupees and did not provide the bill and asked us to have a seat.
          After some time
          They only served 1 mc chicken
          1 mc veggie
          1 hot fudge
          1 chocolate shake
          I went their to ask about pending order the guy who took our order said mam i already told you aloo tikki is unavailable and i didnt charge you for that whereas he lied he did not inform us about it then i asked him to show me the bill so he immediately cancelled one item from the bill with blue pen and showed it to me we were really dissapointed with this service. They try to fool you the staff is pathetic

            I ordered a Chicken McGrill Burger from Mcdonalds, Jawahar Nagar outlet on 16th February 2023.
            Surprisingly or rather, disgustingly, I found a bone attached to my chicken burger’s patty.

            I have no idea how did that patty pass the quality check since the bone wasn’t small in size, it was quite big and couldn’t have been missed during a QC.

            I urge you to take sufficient and hopefully a stern action regarding this incident.

            I have attached the photo of the burger and my bill.

            I also send a feedback email to them but haven’t got any reply from their end.

                I have opted an offer in MCD app (Date:[protected], Time:- 14:55 hrs) but was declined by the outlet (Nungambakkam, Chennai). The reply from the staffs that the system is offline, so it cannot process the order.

                This is a frustrating situation, where offers are available still one can utilise it.

                    I have visited vivianna mall in Thane in food plaza where i went to Mcdonalds and found that Fish Fillet machine is not working so they cudnt offer us the Fish Burger.

                    Than as usuall i am crazy about Mcdonald again went to Rcity Mall in Ghatkopar there found same problem fish fillet machine not working?

                    Strawberry icecream with strawberry toppings not available in an Mcdonalds in Mumbai Mulund Thane Ghatkopar.

                            I have ordered a mcflurry in one of the mcdonalds outlet in Tirupati which is supposed to be an icecream derivative and the flurry is totally melted and very watery.when i asked the staff about the same they were rude explaining that I don’t know the procedure and this is how it will be and the product itself should be watery.I need an immediate explanation on this from the mcdonalds team.

                              I made 1st payment and it was successful but due to a technical error, they asked me again to pay at the counter and told me I would get a refund for that amount but till now I didn't get that money.
