Date of the incident: 14th September 2015 Description: Delivery boy who visited Supreme Palms on 14th September had compliance issues with entering his details when stopped by Supreme Palms Security Guard. After 11 pm, he got close to 15-20 friends along with him and forcefully entered the building premises threatening the security guards at night shift. They then kicked and were beating the security guard turning the residence into a battleground. This whole incident continued for close to 2 hours. When stopped by residents, they did not pay any heed leading to chaos all night and troubling the families staying at residence. Desirable Resolution: To consider removing such delivery boys from service. CCTV footage is available with Supreme Palms.

I ordered food from mc donalds frazer town bangalore on 13 sep 15. i was shocked to find that the chicken in wraps was totally raw and uncooked. i am attaching photos and intend to take the company to court for firstly putting my and my familys life in danger by making us consume uncooked raw chicken and secondly delivering sub standard and dangerous food which can lead to very serious health issues. i am attaching photographic proof of the same

I ordered Chicken Mc Grill and Mcaloo at 11:45 PM on 12 september 2015 at the dwarka sector 5, west delhi, New Delhi (110075) store.The McChicken I received was with completely burnt patty and unhygenic. Contact No.- [protected] Hygiene and customer satisfaction is must in all the restaurants but today in McDonald's, the employers have disappointed me! The tray on which the order was placed was not hygiene, it had ketchup on it. Not just once but twice! When I complaint the Manger Mr. Manish Tyagi regarding this, the second time, he brought a clean tray from inside and banged it on the counter and asked "Is this clean?" It is not acceptable by any individual. I even demanded to check other trays too but he didn't allow me. Though, I called the policemen and the money is refunded but the manager Mr. Manish Tyagi not only didn't come to confront his mistake but also talked ill-mannered. Then, the senior Manager, Mr. Saurav Juneja came to solve the issue but he was defending his staff. In the mean while of argument, he even shouted on me that "Who I think of myself", and honestly, after hearing all this, I talked bad too. The Policeman came to talk first was not in the uniform and I suppose, he was one of the Manager's (Mr. Saurav Juneja's) friend only whom he called. While leaving the restaurant after no conclusion, I got a call back from the police officer whom I actually called that he was there now, but he didn't do anything! And at last, I was proved a fool in front of a number of people there! As a customer, I want some strict action against this.

I ordered 2 Chicken burgers today at 1 pm. The bread was broken and the chicken patty, which should be crisp, was too soft. The lettuce was as stale as it was kept for 5 days without a fridge. While my kids ate one, when I tasted the other one, I was shocked and returned it to the manager, who wanted to talk to me but I refused as I knew it would achieve nothing but 2 free burgers. That's not my aim. As a restaurant, Mc Donalds needs to get it right. They have lost the art of making burgers. Or maybe to be quick they serve us stale burgers. This is not the first time that this has happened. Earlier also the french fries were horribly stale and soft as if they were fried and kept since long. I don't know the solution and don't know if they will change or not but I need to let people know the quality and standard of food being served to us.

Hi, Yesterday I did two time online transaction from my HDFC Bank Credit card for Rs 748 each .But in your website my order was cancelled and money was deducted twice from my account. As per the discussion with my Bank executive they have informed me that it was deducted twice for McDonald online order. Please find the below reference details of transactions . Transaction no 1- 009568 Transaction no 2-016210 In both the above transaction Rs 748 was deducted from my account .so the total Amount is Rs 1496 .deducted from my accounts . Please tell us either mcdonald’s is playing with our health or not? At the time of complaints in the store they took very lightly and replace the product But what if I get infected from your product? I think our health is very important. Mcdonald’s should understand and take precautions while preparing food.

Dear sir please pay back my money as your executive swiped my debit card twice and said no payment is been received and took cash payment also. Later on i received banks message twice that rs 318 and again received banks message that rs 318 total rs 636 is been debited from my central bank of india account. As there is no option un fortunately we have to go to the same outlet of MCD at Gaurav tower (jaipur). Staff behaviour there is unethical they have no sense of custome deligation. We had ordered for paneer wrap and fish o fillet burger with pepsi (no ice) the server spoke to the other guy saying no ice is because he wants more pepsi. fries were dead and cold. when requested to replace answer was we cant as its fresh as per our standards. Burger bun was stale and we as usual disappointed left the place when spoke to the outlet manager he seems to be least bothered for that and was saying you can go ahead and mark a mail to the co.

I had been to mc donalds at pheonix market city kurla on 01/08/2015.i have attached the bill with message.the reason of complaint is this has happend thrice..that the parcel is given without sauce thats served with nuggets and tissues. This system is bogus. I have never gone through placing order via the so claimed customer care no for placing order for delivery.
I have tried reaching them many times but it fails and the reason given everytime is "systems are down"
Is this a bogus cell set up??

I wanted to let the mcdonald ppl know abt their poor service...the ppl at da cash counter aren't taking the order properly...this has happeend to me thrice in one week... I hope dis complaint is being given importance n such mistakes do not happen again

On friday the 24 july 2015 i along with my husband visited mcdonald's at vasai east, broadway, dream mall, evershine city at around 5 p.M. After having my snacks i went to the loo and was horrified to see the scene ; two of the staff members were chit chatting near the ladies toilet near the washbasin ; and one of the guy among them was shaving his beard . They didn't bothered about anyone . I was shocked to see their unhygienic and indecent behaviour . When i came outside the toilet both were disappeared . I explained about the incident to my husband . As i didn't carried my cell phone to the loo i was not able to take the photos but i remembered the guy's face very clearly ; so we decided to complained to the senior staff . The senior staff member apologize saying the guy was newly appointed and didn't knew about the rules, 'guys is this a kind of joke he was sharing with us ' to shave in a restaurant in the working hours that too in a restaurant which is worldwide loved by all age groups ; is not at all acceptable . The staff members were trying to protect the guy and we were helpless as there was no one who could listen to us. I think shaving in the restaurant is the daily routine of the staff members. How can a food chain like mcdonald's be so careless to appoint such indecent and unhygienic staff .How can staff members carry razors in their bags . There are no securities or no senior staff to keep an eye on them. It is my humble request to please maintain a clean, healthy and hygienic environment and appoint a staff who knows the basic rules of cleanliness and hygiene . Waiting for your reply.

On 13 July, 2015 I had mc chicken grill meal and regular soft serve of 92 and 25 rupees respectively at Mc Donalds, Sanali Mall, opposite Chermas, Abids, Hyderabad, Telengana 500001. First of all I was not given a bill and on making payment by debit card a sum of Rs.192 was deducted which is 75 Rs. more from the original amount 117 (without tax). On the notice out there it was mentioned that VAT has increased to 5.6% I want to know is the amount correct. The behaviour from the staff side really disappointed me they did not give the bill when asked and they had no accuracy on the VAT that is levied on the food items. Hey'there I m Rohan I have a complaint regarding your services It was about sunday, , Me and my family went at Alpha one mall saw MCDONALDS there We ordered (4-aloo tikki veg) 4-(cokes) But the person taking order was just forcing us . Nd we were foarces to take an another oder(4aloo tikki -2Cokes-3-icream and 2-french fries) When we complaint to him/her they said that ur order had been placed and now cannot be rejected ;( 😡 And we were foarced that to take Okay this was only 400-500 rs But if we will not complaint Then tommorow again they will do that I request u to do whatever u can But i[censored] will not... Hello, This is to bring to the notice of the authorities to ki fly train the staff, how to pour in the ice cream into the cone. It is to surprise that the cone is full empty. Only the top has the ice cream. They cover the top so brilliantly that the cone remains 80%empty . I noticed in different countries as I travel due to business, in USA you get Vanilla cone it's completely filled even if you ask to top with jelly sauce which they provide on other deserts they just pour without any extra cost. I noticed few white guys coming to the delivery counter just to refill the glass and that too without any charge. Italy, same vanilla cone again with almost filled up. U.K. they serve ice creme cone with flake(wafer) anyways if you want to have couple of flakes extra they always smile and add to it. But why only in India it's like stupid faces, disgusting looks, giving or service less quantity. Is McDonalds owned by employees ? Or just McDonalds want to recover more profits from India just befooling the simple people here in the country.

this is to notify Mc Donalds that I Harshil Khajanchi of Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India had placed an order of Big Spice PANEER wrap which is a vegeterian product on 12th June, 2015. This order was for my mother. We are Hindus. Vaishnav Vaniyas by caste. My mother is a pure vegeterian because of her strict belief in religion. The order was delivered. My mother took a bite of the wrap. Once she had that bite, she felt something which was not PANEER. She asked me to check it. To my shock, i had received the delivery of CHICKEN WRAP. My mother not knowing the fact that it was chicken, ate it, believing the wrap to be big PANEER SPICY wrap as ordered. I have the copy of the bill which says big spicy paneer wrap, but still i was delivered a CHICKEN WRAP, which my mother ate! This was a big loss and set back in her belief in religion as she had never touched non vegeterian food ever in her life. Due to carelessness of Mc Donalds, she faced such circumstances. I lodged a complaint on phone with Mc Donalds and all i was answered that i would receive a replacement. Thats it. No remorse. No guilt on behalf of Mc Donalds?? I could have forwaded these details to a local newspaper, which can cause some damage to Mc Donalds goodwill as 80% of people being Pure vegeterians and Jains in Gujarat. So i waited for a reply from Mc Donalds. But no action being taken from your side.

respected team, as per the invoice no [protected] ref 18 -17/06.2015 22.01.23 my order was placed through drive through, whereas i had ordered for mac econo meal, with one extra burger without tomoto, extra onion, but with the patethic service managment and managers like arjun, it feels shameful to say that, mcd employees are affecting the image of the end no. of cutomers, they dint not put either onion sauce nothing, gave the burger with tikki inside thats it, is it what kind of services does mcdonalds, give it to the customers, no way of talking to customers, no apologies, just hum cash de dete hai apko wapas, are the customers who are going to mcd, on basis or money ?.???? r ur strgies on money ? managers says we will refund back your money, arre we sort of money or what, what image does it represnt to the customers, it was so shocking that after establishing brand in 1996, mcd has just changed and focused on just advertisement, it was such a negavtive image which will further stopme ever to visit mcdonalds again in future, if no actions would be taken, i would accelerate the above to the whole media, social media, anewspaper, kindly look into the matter, i haave paid but not taken the replace burgers, kindly focus on the stafff and maintain a positive image, being the world one of the best brands, are this is what services you give to your customers, should be wait for such kind of revert, i have been visiting mcdonalds since 1999, today i m been of age 23, but experienced such kind of impression first time, as employees represent the brand, it is very sad to tell you, your employees are not worth to work in.
