i want to complained about the manager of McDonald Fun-republic, Lucknow his name is Aashish saxena .
today i went to mc donald restaurants and order a maharajah MC burger crew member told me it will take 10 min time, i said OK i will wait
i wait for 25 min. when i asked for my burger, crew person told me to wait for another 10 min. I told him to cancelled my order and his manager Mr.Aashish came he said wait for 5 min and he serve me a uncooked burger with no tomatoes,onion inside the burger.
When i complain for burger he start abuse me.

I request to McDonald company to take some action to keep your loyal costumer.

Mc Donald , when the name comes in mind people expect a best place to visit , eat and enjoy . But the mc Donald in karnal highway is not like that as when you entered in the mc donald the road inside is in very worst position like its damaged , lot of holes on the road even the tyre of the vechiles gotpentchured every ..times , wheel balancing always go out . So please i m requesting you to please do needful to save the name of the company

Wednesday (24/8/2011) morning, I bought my breakfast meal (value sausage muffin with medium ice lemon tea) p.s w/out cheese...unfortunately what I got is 'my muffin w/o egg n with cheese. The sadness thing is this my 2nd time got the same meal. This morning, Thursday (25/8/2011) I went back to same branch for purchase my breakfast & I just want to feedback to mcd staff (MJGBAU), she didn't even apologize to me but still show black face..I really disappointed service that mcd staff provide to me.

hello, MY NAME IS BISHAN SINGH, I WENT TO MCDONALD'S ALONG WITH MY FAMILY IN NARAINA ON 20/07/2011,@8.30PM TO ENJOY DESSERT,BUT AS SOON AS ENTER THEIR ARE 5 COUNTERS BUT ONLY 2 WERE IN OPERATIONS, I WAITED FOR 10 MIN, THEN I PLACE MY ORDER BUT I WAS REFUSE TO PLACE MY ORDER, I WAS ASKED TO TAKE IT FROM OUTSIDE,I TOLD THEM I AM HERE TO HAVE DESSERT ALONG WITH MY FAMILY BUT EVEN THEN ALSO A I WAS REFUSED BY THE TEAM MEMBER NAMED PRAMOD, WHEN I TOLD HIM FORCEFULLY NO I WANT TO HAVE IT HERE,THEN HE TOOK MY ORDER...I WAS SHOCKED TO SEE THE RUDE BEHAVIOR OF AN EMPLOYEE.
THIS IS INSULT TO ME IN FRONT OF THE SO MANY PEOPLE, I EVEN TOLD THE MANAGER REGARDING THE SAME BUT NO ACTION WAS TAKEN, PLEASE TAKE NECESSARY ACTION. IF NO ACTION WAS TAKEN I'LL REPORT TO THE CONSUMER FORUM THAT THIS FEEDBACK ID IS OF NO USE. MY EXPERIENCE WAS REALLY BAD

this is a cheater company .......cheats with freshers not only freshers but also with the employees ............ask a large amount of money for your job security and when d time period is over ..............firing start and hire a new person .......................

this company is a fraud .. they hire freshers and ask for huge amount of training fees (say 40000Rs) ..and assures a job in the same company but as the training is over they start complaining against the emplyee that ends with firing of the employee... and for that they give fake reasons....

I have placed an order from McD which includes 1 Spicy Mc Chicken with some other bugers. The quality of the burger was too bad and the chiken was very hard to chew. I called the Customer care no. and compliened for the same. The representative initially tried to settle it buy simply apologising but later agreed to replace the burger.

The replacement burger did not get delivered for 30 mins. Standing in the sunlight for half hour in the month of may around 4:00 PM is itself a punishment.

I called to the CC again and tried to track the order. but he simply transferred my call to the Store (Mc Donalds in Shopprix Mall, Noida) .
Mr Jay([protected]) who was superior incharge again tried to settle it by saying ki "Sir hum apko apka burger bhejh dete hain aur kya chahiye!"

I dont understand the level of mentality this guy has about the service being offered.

Mcdonalds India does not require customers hence we should not go to them in India, As a regular customer of McDonald overseas I enjoyed the customer service. But here in India the scene is different the customers are just some downtrodden people who are out of place who should not be visiting Mcdonald.
I visited in dec 2009, McDonald Thane station outlet and Jan 2010 Thane Majiwadi outlet the service was not good with overcrowding etc. I gave the benefit of doubt maybe the place is full hence customer service is not able to cope up.
Yesterday 15th May 2011 evening 10.15 pm Thane Station Outlet all the counters were vacant, My requirement was softee icecream, the ice cream counter was open it has cash vending counter,no customer was present except the staff there when I approached and asked for the ice cream, his reply go inside and pay, when I went inside there were four counters all of them free I asked the first counter he said go to the next, when I approached the second he said go to next and the last counter told me go out to the ice cream counter and pay, by then I lost my cool and said you must be joking to treat your customer like this. I walked out of the Mcdonald crossed the road and opposite there is hotel it also has softee icecream I purchased the same stuff and walked away with dignity.
I was in Kuwait and in 2001 as we were in Mcdonald there the attendant is so pleasing infact encouraged my 3 year kid to take part in Mcdonald event where My kid won Al Jabria 2001 from Mcdonald and she had maintained I love Mcdonald, for years I have been a frequent customer and customer service by the philipina ( females from phillipines) are so sensitive to you that they give you the feel of wanting to go again, and yesterday's incident for my kid who wished to have softee at mcdonald has made her resolution never again to visit Mcdonald India. Keep it up Mcdonald I need not worry of my child visiting your outlet your staff is doing a great job to close you down and help us parents.

But I will bring out to you all Indians it is very pathetic to see Indians manning counters at American Fastfood counters donot know to treat fellow Indians whom they are to serve,so if you donot want your dignity and self respect hurt then stop visiting these outlets.

i am regular customer of Mc Donalds at Vile Parle (W), Mumbai 400 056. My ref no is 6573 2218 under the name Kamal. This evening i.e May 14, 2011, i called Mc Delivery no[protected] at 22.11 hrs. to palce an order. The male executive at the other end, after confirming my address details REFUSED to accept my order, informing me that delivery will be late. i said it is ok with me if it will take 40/45 minutes from Vile Parle Mc Donalds. Still he did NOT agree. i then clearly asked him that i can't palce an order? The executve said No!!! He was NOT even apologetic!!!
Is this the way the internationally reputed company conducts its business here in India??? This incidence has shaken me a lot and i will think TWICE before calling Mc Delivery in future!!!

Dear Sir/Madam,
I had asked for a pure veg burger in Mc Donalds CST branch, and trice we had mentioned it should be veg burger. It was a take away. Still i was given non veg burger and in hurry i ate it half, when i realised that veg burger taste is different, that time i saw the wrapper and noticed it was a Chicken burger. My religion, my soul was offended with their irresponsibility and carelessness. The Mc Donald at CST should be shut down as this has happen in lot of cases also.
Please look into this matter as soon as possible.

I have placed a order with mcdonald kamla nagar at 09:23 pm on 17/4/11 for 1 mcaloo and 2 chicken mcgrill with a total amount of Rs 127.But after waiting for more than an hour i called up again at 10:30 pm and they told that no order is placed with this no.([protected]).I hope that appropriate action will be taken as my precious time and money was wasted in placing order with mcdonalds.I demand compensation.

Order No.150288 dated 14/04/11 was placed at 14.27 PM. This food was for our lunch including my daughter.This was promised to be delivered in 30 minutes. The delivery boy came after 85 minutes ! Is this McDonald service ? He told me u speak to our customer care. I called 66000666, was kept onhold to get a proper reply for 11 mins, thereafter, I was told ... what can we do , you HAVE to make full payment, Manager is busy, he will call you........... So, is there any justice for such injustice and harassment to us and my child for this abnormal delay in service and thereafter harassing customers on phone too ? NEED JUSTICE.

It was a sudden surprise for me...even you can check the same when you visit any Mcdonalds. It was a premium cheating of the customer.

I had took a meal from Mcdonalds. When the order was delivered I found the coke served was not up to the mark as mentioned on their glasses. When I questioned on the counter the lady simply added ice cubes with speed and gave it to me. The I realized myself a small story which all o[censored]s might have studied in our primary classes.....The Intellegent Crow, where to bring the water in the pot he crow will bring small stones and puts to get the water up.

Later I realized they add half of the glass with Ice cubes and then fill it with Coke or any other drink, when I asked the guy to transfer it to another glass without ice cubes it was almost half, i.e. instead of 500 ml it was about 300 ml, the rest is water (ice cubes). When I questioned he gave me a fresh coke without ice.

However I would like to bring to all the customers notice that when the coke is served chilled why they need to add ICE CUBES that too half of the glass....PLEASE BE CAREFUL ABOUT THESE KIND OF "PREMIUM CHEATING" by these INTERNATIONAL COMPANIES and question them. I think they should stop these kind of practices and respect the customers money.

Why I am writing this is to bring in PUBLIC AWARENESS about these kind of "PREMIUM CHEATING" done by the BIG BRAND COMPANIES. Be Careful....today it is Mcdonalds and tomorrow it may be the other.......

I had been to the McDonalds branch on Colaba Causeway on the 10th of April 2011 with my friends for my birthday party. We were around 20 people and were just trying to figure out where to be seated. I asked the manager if it was possible for us to get seated together. He instead shouted at us "Get seated somewhere right now or just GO BACK".

We were all highly offended by the treatment given to us. Maybe it was a sunday and was a bit late but that doesn't vouch for the manager shouting at customers. We ordered for around Rs. 7000 that day and in the middle of the order I was told that they didn't accept any cards. And they manager actually shouted at us again for not having 7000 in cash. There was no signboard whatsoever saying that they didn't accept card. I had to go to an ATM in the middle of my order.

Such people should be dealt with seriously or McDonalds will soon be out of business in Mumbai.

I placed an order for Cold Coffee and Large Fries with McDonals, order no. 1774, at 9:31 p.m. today, December 29, 2010. The nearest McDonalds is hardly 10 minutes from my place. Yet it is more than one hour and the order is yet to come.

Top it up with the fact that their call-centre refuses to pick up on the extension provided for checking order status. So, I had to call on the New Order Extension and lodge a complain. The excuse given was lame and timid, "The rider is on his way, sir! Would be reaching you any moment!' Probably they just don't care for the time of the consumer.

McDonald's McDelivery sucks big time. Don't ever order there!

Hello to who ever it may concern
On 18th of November 2010 there was a birthday party celebrated in mc donald Hyderabad (city center)7:30 TO 9:00.The package was 199.We were not served the soft serve, the happy meal toy, and the birthday boy card(i leave the decoration part since that will be debatable).We even dont have the bill since it was not given to us.
If you really want to improve this service then do rectify it and sue the manager for the deed.We dont want a refund of money but make sure that MY FAMILY FRIENDS AND COLLEAGUES WHO WERE THERE IN THE PARTY AND SEEN THIS CHEATING WILL NEVER CONTACT YOU FOR THEIR PARTY REQUIREMENT .
