Website: Mc Donald's app

Dear Sir,

This is with reference to the order dated 27.11.2022.if Rs.258/-.I had tried making online payment through payment gateway from Kotak Bank which was unsuccessful as per the Mc Donalds app..so i made payment in cash. I had got the message from McDonald's that the money will be credited to the account in 2 to 3 days.but the credit dint happen..so i called up my bank for the same and raised a complaint regards to this...and got the revert stating that the amount has been credited to the merchants account already .

The transaction Id is [protected].

Have been following up with them since Dec 6 yet no proper solution from them.
Have not got my refund yet.

    Refund not received for failed order

    Order was placed on 29th November 2022 using McDonald's mobile app. Payment was done using Amazon pay but order got failed.
    On site/app it's says it will take 4 to 5 days for refund.
    It's been more than 20 days now I didn't get any refund....

    I've cancelled my order on 10th of Dec because my order was not getting placed but I haven't received any update on my refund didn't received any mail or text, In McDonald's it is only showing refund Initiated.. that's it being 11 days now..I want my money back..

      My invoice number is [protected], I went to McDonald’s and redeem the order of 2 iced coffee at 198 with redemption code, 8901, and asked the cashier man, raaj pal, if I can have a chocolate chip muffin for 49 rs, because of the ongoing offer, and the cashier said yes and charge me 250 rs for that, when I went to fetch up my order, the cafe man told me, my order is for 1 coffee only not two .. and I showed him my activated coupon.. he said he got order for 1 iced coffee only, and asked me to go to cashier raaj pal to get the confirmation about it and then he told me, he took the bill out for 1 coffee and 1 muffin .. and took my activated deal voucher… so unprofessional and rude way to deal a coustmer and then the manager interfered and said we can’t do this anything about it, and said it was inconvenient and we can’t give you muffins in this activated offer, you have to place another order… what kind of manager argues at 12.58 p.m. to there coustmer for a muffins ? Even they refunded me at last, but what kind o[censored]nprofessional and unethical behavior they thrown at me ? Does McDonald’s is a brand still ? Or just a road-side store, who doesn’t know how to treat their coustmers after they themselves agree they are wrong!!!

          This is Amit Kumar. Have placed an order twice on 2nd Nov 2022 from amazon pay which were failed through McDonald mobile app. From the app, I can see that the refund has been initiated for both transactions, but it has not yet come to Amazon Pay. Had a discussion with Amazon customer service. They are looking RRN number for the same which in not available in the mobile app payment history. Have attached the screenshot for the same (transaction surrounded by red square).

          Can you please share the RRN number for the same or settle the same? It has been more than a month now/ Your quick reply is appreciated.

            I had ordered from McDonald's delivery app on 25th and 30th nov 2022 respectively and paid using Amazon pay UPI, money got deducted but order not placed 21 days passed yet refund not received my 827 rs. Stuck with you guys . Mailed 3-4 times and called your head office to Mr. Prasad who confirmed me refund and a call back from customer service but still nothing. I need my money back . Never ordering from mcd app again for sure horrible experience for a loyal and long time customer . Kindly reply.

              I paid ₹554 for a failed order at Mcdelivery app on 27th November 8:16 pm ist with UPI transaction ID: p[protected]. I have been struggling to get my refund by writing regular mails at [protected]@mcdonaldsindia.com

                I have placed an order on mcdelivery app and the payment was successful on googlepay app and amount was debited from my bank account but on mcdelivery it showed my payment was failed and order wasnt failed. I tried reaching customer service but no help.

                  I have paid 203 rs for my meal online they said that my payment was delayed so then I paid in cash, and they said that my money will be returned online in 2 days but it has not returned yet, I have even called manager so many times but nothing was worth my time such a big company but have low refund policies, I want my money back as soon as possible ...

                      I first ordered and got my order wrong and i had to cancel my order for which I haven't got refunded yet and then I ordered again for which the payment went through but the order didn't get placed and it isn't showing the order on my mcdelivery app . Please resolve this ASAP

                        It's almost 20 days I have not received my refund, my account was twice debited for Rs. 209 each for transa ction failed at their J M ROAD pune OUTLET on 20th November 2022, same time I have shown my bank statement to the billing staff, he informed it will reverse in next 48 hrs, I have mailed so many times but all in vain they simple reply our team will contact you soon. Such a big brand have very poor refund policy. Till date I have not received my refund.

                          The Mc Coke Bottle

                          I have a complaint about the Mc Coke Bottle (Reusable). I have ordered from McDonald's a couple of times and I have recieved a coke bottle and it has always been so hard to open as the lid is so tight. And when I finally managed to open the lid, it explodes and there will only be 1/4 of the coke left. I'm disappointed with it. I suggest that the coke be sent in a can which can be easily opened....

                          They did not print my order and kept my meal ready not knowing it was mine after I complaint they told me I am making your meal and they made a wrong meal and My order was kept already there and no on told me after I tool it it was all cold that's not fair

                              Yesterday I ordered one meal of aloo tikki burger and with one aloo tikki burger added on. But when i take away the order and reached home then i got to know that they just given me the meal and not the burger although i paid the money of that burger also

                                Etymologically, litter means rubbish carelessly dropped or left about on a footpath & especially in public places. Sadly, Mcdonald's shops are found littering the road or any other public place with impunity.

                                The Mcdonald's shop in front of the Municipal commissioner bungalow in Patlipada thane west, Maharashtra clears its surroundings and put all the waste on the footpath, which makes it slippery for people to walk. The space in front of the bungalow is barricaded due to security reasons. In spite of telling to the Mcdonald's people that don't put waste on the footpath they continue to do it, they clean their surroundings and let all unhygienic dirt flow on the footpath. Today I was going to drop my kid at school I slipped and so my kid, got hurt on her face & leg(Picture attached) & so am I on my left hand. Life got saved, but I want to register a complaint against the shop, owner, and manager. I will request your team to visit the shop between 10:30hrs to 11:00hrs when they clean and put all dirt on the footpath. Not sure how many people would have gotten injured by now. Please take the requisite action or let me know if you need more information. Thanking you in anticipation.

                                  Hi there, my name is Shane. I ordered burgers on McDonald's delivery app, however the money was deducted but the order was not successful, assuming that I will surely be refunded, I ordered again the same but same issue happened again. The order totalled INR 1206.00.

                                  When I contacted the store they said it will be refunded in 7 days. The mcdelivery app says refunded but money is STILL NOT CREDITED IN MY AMAZON PAY BALANCE.

                                  I have been calling the store from almost a month but they have only postponed it saying please wait 2 days or 3 days and it's been a month.

                                  This is very bad experience.
                                  Please refund my money.
