MCent — my points are not increasing...

My points are at 10817... And not increasing as i want that you just help me out to solve this problem i also refer to person and i don't get a damn s*i want to complain m cent browser that if you are not able to increase the point or you are not able to handle their complaints then you must close your company. I'm fixing this problem from some hours as i was stuffing and i suddenly found that my points are not increasing they are just at 10817 and not increasing... Sir I have done my recharge through mcent browser points 199 plan to my jio number [protected].
Mcent browser shows that recharge received.
But my jio number was not recharged.
please solve my problem as soon as possible.
