MCent — non funding in bank account

The rupees i have earned in mcent is not yet received by me in my bank account. Each time i redeem, the message shows that the transaction is complete, money will be credited soon. But all in vain. Can i have an answer for this? Is this a fake browser or what? Shall we lodge complain in consumer forum or it can be solved here only?? Do inform about next to do. Waiting for a reply from your end.
