MCent — recharge not done though my mcent point is deducted

I have done a jio recharge of rs 197 for 98000 mcent point on 11th october 2018. But recharge not done though my mcent point is deducted from my mcent account and displays recharge received in my mcent browser activity tab. But recharge is not done and i did not get any confirmation message in my jio number about any kind of recharge. Pleas help in this regard.

Sir I recharged a jio number with 350 Rupees from my mcent number [protected], it shows recharge received but I didn't receive any recharge. I have done a lot of hardworking collecting these points. Kindly refund my points quickly.
