Mdindia Healthcare Services — Delay in settle claim no MD10120780

Dear Team,
I have sent Dec'25 claim no MD10120780 in Jan'26 but still my claim is not paid.

With same documents Jan'26 Claim No MD10197176 & Feb'26 Claim No MD10226977 is already paid.

I have resent all the documents may times but still they are raising same query .

Kindly review my claim and clear it on priority
