[Resolved] Mebelkart — Amount not refunded against cancelled order | |||||
I ordered a tv unit through mebelkart against order no od[protected] as on 3/04/16 costing rs 6291/-. After 10 days i recd call from mebelkart and saying order has been cancelled. No refund of the amount paid has been initiated till today 30th apr16. My repeated calls and mail to customer care failed to get my refund too. When i ask for the refund there is no response from the mebelkart call centre apart from asking me to wait 8 to 10 working days always on my every call. I had very very bad experience with the first time experience at mebelkart. Was this information helpful? | |||||
