Mebelkart.com — Complain about delivery of incomplete product

I have booked a xxxl bean bag with filled beans on 31st march (Order no [protected]), i received the product on 7th april which was incomplete (I received only beans but not the bag), hence i have sent numerous mails with images of the product which i have received to the concerned support team and i have spent around 300rs for speaking to costumer care, but till date i haven't received any proper help. So i request you to help me with this.

i had received a mail from a member of support team by name mrunalini negi on 27th April, saying we will deliver your product with in 2-3 working days and with simultaneously pick up the wrong product. for this above mail i had replied her on 29th may but till date they didn't replied to my mail nor delivery of product has happened.

every time i speak to customer care i never got a satisfactory response and simultaneously i am losing my phone balance just like that as the customer care number is into a toll free number. please help me out with this by either mebelkart delivering a correct product or by refunding me. i request consumer court complaint forum to look after this and help me in resolving this.
