Mebelkart.com — Fraud in terms of product-delivery | |||||
Dear ma'am/sir, Greetings of the day!! I am facing huge problem as I have placed an order in Mebelkart.com for a Wardrobe, for which I had made payment in advance via. Online mode i.e. from my debit card of Amount Rs. 11, 990/- I have placed this order on 18th Dec, as they have committed to deliver the product within Max. limit of 15-16 days . Also I had an option to track my order through the 'Track Order Option'. But It has not been shipped till date. No response I am getting from their CCE number ...Phone : +91-[protected] (10:30 a.m. - 8:00 p.m. Monday - Saturday) Please kindly help me out to solve this problem..
