Mebelkart.com — Online shopping issues - order no. [protected] unexplained delay in delivery of sofa | |||||
I had ordered one sofa from mebelkart.com on 8th of april 2016 for which the payment has already been done in advance. The delivery timeline for shipping was somewhere between 25-29th of april And delivery timeline is between 4th/6th of may . As per the information on my account on the website my order has not yet been shipped. After making several attempts to talk to their customer support i got to know the product has not been dispatched yet but is ready at the manufacturers end. Everytime they reply the same without informing how much it will actually be delayed. They dont give anytimeline. I am tired to following up. As they never take any initiative to inform the customer when i asked them a 1000 times then only they sent me one msg as a reply saying ut will be delayed . I want my product to be delivered now. I am tired and can see my hard earned money going waste. I want a proper reply and and product delivery . Was this information helpful? | |||||
