Mebelkart — Fraud commitment, and cancel the order without my concern order no [protected]

Dear sir,

As per there commitment and confirmation (Via chat attached) the ordered item is under manufacturing stage. Is it a fake commitment? If no, then why are they asked for cancel the order? They have asked for few more days to deliver the material, refer the attached chat with mebelkart. This is my 2'nd order for same material. They have already cancelled the previous order [protected] date 24/02/2016 after a long harassment and now they are taking same step. Please note that the same meterial is available on their website (Https://www.mebelkart.com/four-door-wardrobes/15063-palissandre-remington-4-doo...⇄ Html) is it the right way to deal with customer from mebelkart?
