Mebelkart — I am complaining about not getting refund of my money | |||||
Dear sir, I have ordered TV cabinet from Mebelkart.com, an online furniture website I have ordered on 11aug 2016, but later on 12 aug I have cancelled the order, My order number is [protected]/103542 and the amount is Rs 13895/- I have received their reply of cancellation confirmation and the amount will be deposit in my account in 7-10 working days, but the money is not been deposited yet, I have tried to contact them several times but the phone is off or closed. I have mailed them regarding the refund but getting no replies, at last I am asking help from consumer complaint, Please look into matter and help to resolve this Was this information helpful? | |||||
