I have placed an order for easy chair with order id: [protected] (1 item) - dt: 1st june 2016, and i paid rs. 1679/- through credit card and status of the order is still the same and its showing that the product is yet to be shipped. After 3 email complaints and 4 complaints to their costumer care they haven't resolved the issue till now. Product is not getting shipped nor i am getting any kind of refund as on dated 22nd june 2016. Kindly request you to do the needful and make sure i get my refund back.
