Mebelkart — I received a damaged wall clock ordered online.

I had ordered kaiser glass wall clock 7181 brown from this site. I received the product on 18/5/16. After opening the pack i found the clock badly damaged. I immediately lodged a return request and submitted a photo of damaged product as asked by the site. A ticket number 57488 was issued followed by another number58216. Except this there is no communication from them regarding my complain even after 72 hours. Talking to them on phone is also not possible as only one reply comes and that is "our customer care executives busy in another call". The phone number provided is [protected]. I feel cheated and have lost mental peace. I have not got this type of response from any other online site. Please intervene so that they take back their product and refund my money at the earliest without any dillidally.

Last response from Mebelkart.com was about 17 hours ago.But hey are yet to inform me about replacement of the damaged product that was delivered to me.I wonder how long you need to process a request even after receiving the photograph of the damaged product.It is more than a week that I received this product.
