Mebelkart — Mebelkart - forging the signature and stating product as delivered for already paid product. | |||||
The complaint was registered on 15th July, 2016, but till the date they haven't given any proper response for the issue. Instead they sent me the image of the signature which wasn't signed by me. And the delivery date of the product is shown on the day when I wasn't available at my place. For every query mail which I am sending, they comes back with same response mail that they need 48 HOURS to resolve the issue but they never contacted me via mail or call within that time. This has happened for multiple mails and still they haven't replied or taken any action on this. As per them, the product was delivered to me. How can Mebelkart deliver the already paid item to someone else. It's like they didn't even delivered it and faked my signature on the delivery receipt. FORGING the signature is a criminal offence. And I'm looking forward to take actions against Mebelkart. Was this information helpful? | |||||
