Mebelkart — No delivery of product and no way to contact customer service

I ordered two TV units on August 4th (Order #[protected]) and paid Rs. 21, 958. The product has not been delivered. I submitted two complaint tickets and never heard from the company. I found a customer care number online and it has been disconnected. I tried to submit another support ticket and I have locked out of my account. How can a company take my money, not deliver a product and not respond? I have no idea how this company is still in business and why the government has not shut them down.

I bought furniture fo rs @ 20800 .dispatch date long gone .trying to contact them but in vain.plesae help.initially they assured me for my order update.as of now their contact details seems to be fake. My order id is [protected].i paid through debit card.
