Mebelkart — No status-update on products ordered - customer care unreachable

I ordered 3 items with order-id, [protected] from mebelkart.com on 17th july, 2016 by doing an online payment of rs. 38, 976/-.

Items are:
1. wood side board (brown) by cactus (f1130) - 1 number
2. snout mango wood hutch cabinet (natural) - 2 numbers

As per the online status, all were supposed to reach us on 12th aug, 2016. i have not received the products yet even after raising support-tickets and calling them up over phone (once). there are no updates to the support ticket on the status of delivery. after first time, not able to reach them over phone, as all the customer care numbers are not operational. i am surprised and afraid whether my money is siphoned off. this is very unprofessional from mebelkart front on customer-service. please take necessary actions for the same.
