Dear sir / madam, I made an online purchase of wooden king size bed for inr 24929 dated 09th may 2016 at online website mebelkart. I made an upfront payment of the entire amount for the above product. Order id..[protected]. The product was schedule to get home delivered by 31st may 2016. The product has not been delivered till now and i am getting harassed for the same. The astonishing fact is that their website is claiming of the product already been delivered on 31st may 2016. Jun 18, 2016 Complaint marked as Resolved The company (Mebelkart) has not taken a single step to resolve the complain .
No Mail / No Phone / or any communication done form their side. Moreover they are claiming to have delivered the product on 1st of June as per their website .
I had already put a complain on their website with Ticket no .#64860 dated 10th June and talked with the customer care no . 08067978888 for non delivery of product but no resolution taken from their employees.
I am feeling cheated and lost 25K for shopping on this online company . MebelKart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||||
