Mebelkart — Non Delivery of product despite full payment | |||||
I have been trying to track my order at Mebelkart and each time it shows me an error saying that the account has been suspended. My order number is [protected]. The processing of the products should have happened by happened by the 2nd of September, and today, on the 3rd, there is still no movement on it. Not only that, the customer helpline number mentioned on the website doesn't work. I haven't received a single email from Mebelkart informing that there will be a delay in processing the order, nor an explanation from their team as to why the delay. The product is supposed to reach me by the 7th of September. This is despite them taking a full 100% advance on the order. Was this information helpful? | |||||
