Mebelkart — Non receipt of refund | |||||
I have asked for the refund of amount on cancellation of delivery of furniture goods from Mebelkart due to sub quality. They have accepted the return of goods and reported to have effected the transfer through TPSL. For your ready reference I have given the details. The amount reported to have transferred to my account on 3rd March 2016 did not arrive yet. The details provided by the company is given below. Any normal transaction through online should have come in the same day, say maximum of 3 working days. Despite our repeated reminders, phone calls etc. there does not seem to be any effort on the part of Mebelkart to settle the issue. We are seriously worried and have mental agony because it is our hard earned money. Written this with the help that ICCF will come to our rescue.
