Mebelkart — Not delivering my product nor responding on support forum | |||||
Hi, I placed an order with Order ID [protected]. This had 3 products - 1 - Florida Particle Board Bed Side Table 2 - Mango Wood Coffee Table Ct 2258 3 - Merlin Wall Unit (Brown) I have no response or update on item 2 and 3. The expected shipping date of the item 2 was more then a week back. But it has not been shipped yet. I have tried to get update on it multiple items from them over their support email and also I have tweeted multiple times on their twitter page. Each time I get a response that they are working on it and need more time. This is no significant update as its already weeks late. I ordered the item a months back, they promised to ship it after 2 weeks but now its been 3 weeks. I have already paid online the entire amount, I asked them to cancel the order if they cannot give an update, I cannot just keep on waiting for several weeks for the items but they did not respond this time. This is causing me mental trauma and I feel helpless. I even tweeted to their CEO but again the company reflect the qualities of its leader. No response either from him. Please take strict action against this fraud company.
